I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I initially ordered a tall Matcha Frappuccino but quickly changed my mind and asked to upgrade it to a grande size before the order was even processed. Despite clarifying this right away, I was later given an tall iced Matcha Green Tea Latte instead — not what I ordered.

God knows why, but for some reason my shortbread slice was covered in salt. Disgusting. I seriously hope that was a one-off. The staff member who served me was impolite, and openly gossiping to her colleagues right in front of customers. How can one make such a lousy attempt at presenting a professional appearance?
