We had the whole of our top floor and stairs carpeted by Simply Floors last year. We?ve just had our living room done and used them again. Both times we can?t fault them. Kristine and Richard are very knowledgable and their advice is so useful. The fitters did an excellent job and are polite and professional. We are so happy and wouldn?t hesitate to recommend Simply Floors or use them again!

We had 4 rooms, landing and stairway carpeted. The service was fantastic from start to finish. Very considerate, neat fitters. Great attention to detail from the design team. The workmanship was very good, neat tidy and quick.However, I would not use this company again as they failed to turn up on the agreed date because "I forgot to book the fitters" and they wouldn't honour the original quoted price with small discount.Only after I mentioned I would be leaving a review, did they suggest paying back the difference.I like to support local businesses but will look elsewhere next time.

We have our new carpet laid by Simply Floors for our new house in Long Ditton, Surbiton. Apparently they are in the business for whopping 35 years and especially the expertise shown by the owner Richard was excellent. Kristine was very helpful too for communication and organising things. Because of complexity and confusion caused by under floor heating being in place, there are few things didn't go well at the first time but, Richard were happy come out and sorted things out for us. Overall we love our new carpet and satisfied with the outcome. I can recommend Simply Floors!

We used Simply Floors to provide wood flooring for our entire downstairs living space. From the very start of the process they were personable and professional and provided great service. They accommodated all our requests and did a great job fitting a very large area in a single day.
