I bought a sausage roll from the hot food today, but inside was raw minced meat. Please pay attention, this is the second time this has happened to me. Food should be of good quality, we are not animals, and besides, it is expensive at £2.50. I threw it away. Next time I will hold you accountable.

There?s no rhyme or reason why this station and the one at Richmond road have no EV charger, I have to drive for miles to use my shell recharge card, it?s pathetic and you can?t even get through to anyone to discuss or explain that north Kingston has hundreds of EV users who would be potential customers

Rebuilded both shell station on Kingston and connected it with Waitrose. Removed toilets. Only in this country petrol station can not have toilet. But I was thinking that is about old station not new.i am not using shell petrol anymore at all. No respect to drivers. Respect to profit. Sad.

I always use Shell to get the loyalty points, but not this branch as always more expensive by several pence per litre. Best Shell in the area is Teddington.
