This is the second time I have used Saxon Kings and I wouldn?t use anyone else! Highly efficient, friendly staff who are always available or get back to you quickly. They guide you through the process, and are completely on top of what needs to happen and when! Had a really good experience. Joanna went out of her way to accommodate needs and was very prompt with her responses to queries. We had a difficult sale as the lease needed extending at the same time and sellers solicitor was shut down by authorities half way through sale but she managed to get both buyer and seller through. I would give 0 starts if I could, absolutely rubbish and unprofessional team, no communication within the team, let alone with the clients. I?m pretty clueless how landlords are trusting this establishment with their properties. Waited more than a week for a viewing and been rushed through to see. Very unhappy with there customer experience. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to use this company, wasted so much of my time. TIME WASTERS.

Great letting agent, always been very easy to work with and great communication. All the team have been great, especially Evie, but also Nicola & Sarah. I am also selling my property with them, and will likely use them again!Ps recently been communicating with Joanna who was incredibly diligent in pushing forward the sale of our flat! After staying in Saxon kings property for only a few months, TWO people have unlocked my room with a master key against my will. While I was getting dressed, a repairman came in unannounced, and while I was asleep a Saxon kings agent unlocked and opened my door?. And still didn?t close it after shouting at them to from my bed.
