There are clearly some rather serious issues with the system in use. Missed a parcel and couldn't choose any options for redelivery since it was claiming I'd already done it. Went here to pick it up only to find they've changed their opening hours so the office is only open for a few hours a day. When I did manage to get there to pick it up the staff couldn't find it. While I was waiting someone else came in with the same issue as me so this doesn't seem to be an isolated incident.The staff here were obviously trying their best but even they seemed to be frustrated with the system in place and I got the impression this was a common occurrence.

Sent a birthday card special delivery £7.65 yesterday for delivery before one today. Explained no signature required as elderly lady cannot come to the door. The person delivering knows this is an old person living there so should follow instructions. Result they went away with her card.! This happens everytime I send her anything, unless it?s amazon they apparently do the job they?re paid for. No wonder post office is going out of business

I missed a delivery because I was on an urgent work call. Nobody left a card I just know because the sender alerted me. Waited for redelivery. Didn't happen. Can't arrange redelivery as I have no card. Attempted to call depot. Phone doesn't work. Attempted to reschedule delivery, royal mail won't allow it as service not available. Tried to check tracking, need to go through 50 "I'm not a computer" bs eventually walked to he depot only to find that the opening times are different than on their website. Absolutely rubbish!

Posted passport documents to be renewed was told signed may not be very secure and wouldn't cover valuable goods, very confusing where is stated signed is very secure. With that attitude it seems items can go missing I'll wait and see. Why would royal mail provide a services that's not secure?

At Hawks local Royal mail the service was rude, they wanted to deceive with the dimensions of the package and expect to pay more. I tried to explain to Villiers rd, Royal mail depot, but they can't do anything because a separate company accepts parcels on their behalf. If you continue like this, then Royal mail will go bankrupt, because that separate company will lead to bankruptcy for the services it provides. Not all post offices are such pests, Kingston Bentalls post office accepted my package!

Appalling service, This place is NOT a Post Office, do not sell stamps, packaging materials or packing tape.They only accept pre-paid packages.Customer Service Point is a misnomer.The manager responsible for the lack of services need educating in 20th century services.

The attention they have on the royal mail in Kingston seems disastrous to me, I simply asked a question about an important mail that was delivered and had not reached me, I know that I speak little English but I thought that the ways are not the correct ones that they have to treat the public, I had never had some ways of speaking as bad as there were, I think that if they have people working with the public, they could only be a little more friendly and polite and not turn around and speak so ugly to people, I hope this is better

I wanted to write a few words about an experience that i just had with one of your employees...I had missed an important package and was running along the street looking for the postie.By chance a Royal Mail worker, Kevin, was sat in his van and told me that the postman had clocked off already!Thinking I had missed out, I walked back home and there was Kevin with my package! He had driven to the office to collect it for me even though it was not his job at all!!!!Kevin mate, you're a legend! Please start wearing a cape to work immediately

Always friendly and helpful even in those hard times.I missed my parcel on Monday so went to pick it up next day but due covid 19 hours has changed, office was closed. I saw two postman's nearby and they were really helpful and apologetic.I arranged redelivery and received my parcel as promised. Doing great job guys and ladies ??

Terrible opening hours, very difficult for someone with a full time job to actually collect a parcel. Especially when they often fail to deliver when there are people in the house and they claim no one was home.

That place should change the department from Customer Service to NO Customer Service. First of all , they changed the opening hours without any information on Internet.I went twice there and it was closed.Also they have the notice for the opening hours on the wall of the building very far so many of us we cannot see clearly.I went again for third time at 07.02 all the road and the visitors parking full of cars.No one customer was there except me.Probably the staff has not enough space for their car and use visitors' parking.I am totally disappointed with this Post Office.Thanks God after one week they changed the information about the opening hours on Internet.
