I bought a coat that was missing buttons! I wear a size 8 but I have big breasts, it's not possible to wear the coat because it doesn't close! I noticed this defect just days after purchasing it. I went to the Kingston store once to exchange the coat for another one and there I was told that the coat was manufactured that way... then I contacted them via email and received good customer service, they said I could exchange it, but I HATE exchanging products! I'm a foreign consumer and my English isn't good, only those who have this feeling know how exhausting it can be! I would rather lose the £80 and be at a loss! But I warn you to look at the details of the products you buy... check if not for missing buttons like in my case, zippers in good condition, stitching, etc.!

Found a very expensive looking top for my teenage grandson. Slim fit, not bulky, jet ?? black jumper. But it cost a lot less than I expected. Excellent quality of fabric.

I paid by credit card,but refund me gift card!!! I waiting refund 12days ,and then I called the customer service,they said I need more time waiting ,so another 2 weeks ago still not refund me!I tried contact 3 times. After 2months ,I got a email ,refund me a gift card!very bad service!
