Very unpleasant encounter with what seemed to be the manager, from the way she was bossing around her colleagues. She felt the need of educating? me about the environment. Apparently the ridiculous high prices of the highly synthetic diffusers refills is due to the company concern for environment. Will never shop at Rituals ever again.

Don't use this company. I recently bought a refill of a body butter I like and have bought multiple times. This refill smelt totally different, not sweet and luxurious like the others, but sour and 'off'. I have tried to take it back but have been told it cannot be exchanged because, and i quote, 'It's been opened' (as if I could have smelt it when it was sealed ? Rituals are happy for you to spend a lot of money on their products but are not happy to exchange or replace faulty products. Terrible customer service, very unhappy member.

Walking pass the shop in Kingston upon Thames one of the assistants came out with a tray of sprays I now hooked I felt so beautiful that day because the smells are amazing .

I went there last weekend, and bought a gift set for my mom. Krina was really nice to me and gave me good suggestions about the product. I sign up and get a free gift from them after checking out as well.
