My on line service to the store for the third time does not arrive in time . On the website it indicates in the basket that if I order within certain time which was 3 hours I would receive the next following day. In reliance on that statement my husband decided to order because I need an outfit for an upcoming outing the next day. Despite me mentioning that it may be late he said absolutely can not happen as it?s measured up to a second how long he had to make the purchase on which he likes to rely on. Of course it didn?t arrive, and customer service stated that I must read the small print ?somewhere? ( not there where it tells you that it would arrive tomorrow) . I mean this is misleading customer to a service you Reiss can not provide. You do not stand up to our expectations at all. I will not be wearing and advertise your clothes at any event for the above reason. I like to pay for quality and service i can rely on - only. Apparently royalty had advertised your garments? Really ?Secondly my husband noticed the next day that the website glitch doubled the order as a result of which I have 2 orders paid for coming in different parts , which means it is arriving not on time and I have to come in twice to refund it obviously because will not be wearing it. So disappointing. I mean come on !

Staff seems like forced to work and grumpy or maybe they are nice to fair skinned people and like to help them. Clothes dont seem to be nicely ironed and I wonder why is that because they are not even that busy. one of the girls are always leaned on the cashier like a 5 year old who is bored, thats what you see as soon as you enter. Wasnt even greeted by her, I had to go closer to her for her to notice me. Who employs people at this branch? The manager or supervisor is even worse, she gave both me and my friend a head to toe look before even greeting us. Teach your staff to be kind before giving the job. She also went onto laugh at our face and said something to the other grumpy girl. I feel sorry for them really, stuck in some bad attitude.

No diversity and inclusion in recruitment and thats apparent to see in most stores. Unfortunately thats still a thing in 2022, not white, regardless of experience, your not working here.

I?ve shopped religiously from one fashion label for the past 20 years..Reiss..... I?ve spent tens of thousands of pounds on everything from work suits to shoes wallets, jeans. I have friendships with staff in the shops.... Until sadly today. ?I?ve never had cause to return any clothing, to be fair sometimes the quality can be hit and miss, but I accept that manufacture on a smaller scale can have its own problems... broken zips, frayed cuffs, bobbling.. life is too short to get upset.. 3 weeks ago I bought some navy blue chords. They were a lovely fit, the colour and cut was divine. I wore them around the house 3-4 days. But last night I noticed a small hole had appeared on my thigh.. it was no bigger than 3-4mm dia. Thinking it was a shame I?d take them back on Friday knowing a very helpful shop assistant who knows me well would be working. I hoped to show him them. Sort something out and It would be fine.. I also drew out a wedge of cash to buy some other temptations in store too... On entering the shop I took them from my bag showed them to the shop assistant that was quite un known to me.. but sadly before he?d even looked closely at them he started spouting a very confusing response. There was Very little consistency in his explanation. He said he didn?t believe it was a fault in the fabric.. That he would not accept my story and they would need to be assessed by head office.. this might take 3 weeks.. On further discussion he became very argumentative. I asked him to sit down on a seat so we could both discuss it and I might understand what he was explaining. His explanation still was very inconsistent and he accused me of being ageist against him. He told me that he wouldn?t accept the facts from me.. Then he said it wasn?t up to him. I then asked him for a second opinion from one of his colleagues in store. He was ages so I went downstairs to find him talking very unprofessionally about me and his side of the discussion... Please can a reasonable person contact and help me... I don?t want to shop anywhere else..

Exceptional customer service from staff and management here. They were very attentive to my needs and Iâ??m extremely pleased with all the items I purchased from their store and online. I had all my clothes altered for a perfect fit and it came back exactly as I had expected. Would highly recommend.

Love reiss its my favourite mens shop.being shopping with them for years from the kings road to covent garden to kingston and Richmond. The trousers always feel like they are tailored just for me ,the staff are always very helpful and friendly highly recommended a visit.
