Awful place, zero customer service, get your charity thrift anywhere but here. I wanted to donate a bed and it was in a good condition. When the movers came they pointed out two shallow 1 inch dents on the bed and refused to take it. I'm sure someone would've loved to buy this bed. It was completely usable.
