Great service and food we've come to expect from Premier Inn. Breakfast though, the fried eggs were well solid. Looked like they'd be great, but were rubbery. Good selection of teas though.

Room clean and very comfortable, where it fell down was the restaurant. Joel served me, I ordered a chicken salad and at least 2items were missing, when I questioned this I was told that there had been a problem with delivery, I was offered a complimentary glass of wine. I was still hungry so ordered a pizza to be told that again due to delivery problems there were no pizzas from the menu available but there was no notification of this on the menus or counter. Joel continued to apologise and I could see that he was embarrassed about this situation.I also had an issue with no usb ports available to charge my phone etc in my room or any area of the hotel. Han did help by charging my phone in the office. Breakfast staff were very helpful.Walkability: Few minutes walk to centre and train station.

We stayed in a Family room over Christmas and New Year. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were nice and comfy and even the kids were pleased about the sofa bed and pull out bed.Great value for money, especially when breakfast comes free for the kids.We didn't hear much noise from either the streets outside or along the corridor, although the hotel was full for some nights.Location extremely convenient, with a few minutes walk to the train station and the centre of Kingston. Will definitely stay again when we visit London next time!

Check in service was perfect! However, the housekeeper knocked on the door and opened the door at 11 am, which is 1 hour before the checkout time!My wife woke up scared saying that someone is opening the door on us! I don't think that anyone has the right to enter the room without our consent within the time limit!

Super comfy beds and great service! The parking lot (not part of the hotel) is two minutes walk away and it's a few minutes walk from the city centre, which makes it very convenient. A five minute walk to the train station is also a plus point. We use this hotel regularly when visiting London. Great value for money.

Central for Kingston upon thames. Clean hotel and rooms. Shame the windows can't open at all.Pleasant and friendly staff. Restaurant for evening meal average, breakfast very good.Would definitely stay again.

Paid for a room with AC...yes, hot as hell and no cold air coming out.Terrible place.

Have stayed here many times as I have family living in Kingston Upon Thames. You get what you expect from a premier inn. Great location but parking can be costly or sometimes problematic.

The hotel is a low budget hotel away from central London. They don't keep basic needs like toothpaste or toothbrush..Bedsheets weren't changed for almost 5 days. However staff is good.

Parking was horrible, lift didn't work and struggled in and out.... hotel was what it was.... breakfast was disappointing, coffee machine was broken.... would be OK if your having a night out and getting pissed a need a bed.

Pity that the coffee machine was broken. No signs of a repair either. Also no Baileys available in the bar.vOtherwise standard Premier

We've stayed here twice now, both times when attending shows in the area.It is absolutely perfectly located for where we needed to go, and is only a short tube then train journey from St Pancras. The parking joined on is also very convenient if driving down. The hotel itself, is clean, rooms spacious, and you have everything you need.Self check in and check out, so super convenient, and 3pm for check ins is perfect. We haven't tried the restaurant, as have always been out for tea/breakfast because there are plenty of options locally. To say where the hotel is, we were pleased both times we've visited, by how quiet it is - you can't hear any noise from the road below at all.Only thing is that the hotel stairway and lifts can be accessed by anyone from the ground floor, even without a room key, and we did come across a group loitering in the entrance when coming back to the hotel in the evening. But overall, would always opt to stay here as really decent price and perfect location for what we need it for.

As always, a pretty standard stay in a Premier Inn.5 minute walk from the centre of Kingston, it'd be easy to miss the main entrance and the lifts can be harder to navigate as not all of them go to the exit level.Just.... always pay the extra for the Premier room. In my case it was only £15 extra. Albeit the same size rooms, the comfort level is higher. The room has been modernised to a higher standard, better lighting and the bathroom was fresh. The room has better facilities as standard, iron, nespresso etc.The room was quiet and I only heard the occasional siren. It was fully air conditioned as the windows don't open so a big plus point.I did eat at the restaurant here for the evening meal. It was okay. Nothing fancy about it, but if your hungry and not too fussy, it'll do you well. The breakfast was a standard affair too, buffet style with plenty of choices. Score one extra point for crispy bacon!
