Visited Pizza Express last Saturday and had a superb experience! The food was excellent.
The highlight of the evening was definitely our waitress, Eva. She was warm, welcoming, and provided truly exceptional service. She was knowledgeable about the menu, checked on us at just the right times, and had a great sense of timing. Her attentiveness and genuine friendliness made us feel so well taken care of.
Overall, a fantastic meal made even better by Eva's outstanding service. Can't wait to return!

Lovely kids birthday party for 11 children on a Saturday lunchtime. Service was excellent and Simmy went out of her way to make it a great experience for kids by adding extra sparkle and sprinkle to the cup cakes and therefore very easy for the adults.

I love Pizza Express, especially the one in New Malden so I thought I would write a review for my more local one, Kingston. The food was exceptional (it was served hot and the bruschetta was the best it had been in a while),the service was spectacular and the atmosphere was quiet as we had arrived just after lunch rush hour. Overall, I highly recommend everyone to go to this amazing restaurant.

This is just a normal pizza express place. The food isn't extraordinary however it is good and it has been consistently served to the same standard every time. The restaurant always seems to be empty and so the staff are always happy to accommodate your seating preferences. Overall an enjoyable experience for pizza after the cinema with a nice view of Kingston from the 2nd floor of the Rotunda. Would come back again.
