Rude customer service waited 4 hours and man on the phone didn?t make sense at all and put the phone down. -it?s saying it will arrive at 6 in the morning! Now it?s saying there?s no tracking on the order and I never recieved it !

Ordered through just eat at half past 2 am, as it was the only option open. My order was supposed to come in an hour. Then ever half an hour estimated delivery time changed for an6half and hour. When it was 5:30 in the morning, it said the delivery will happen after they open and at 6:30 it was cancelled. Cannot rate pizza cause have never seen it. When I called every hour - no one responded. Worst experience I have ever had.

The pizza taste like nothing. Not enough cheese. Completely tasteless seriously felt like i was eating paper. £40 wasted on 2 large pizzas 2 sides and a 1.5 litre of 7up. Best thing about the meal was the drink. Im utterly disappointed.

I have ordered two xl green party pizza on the 31 of March 2025, and all people's who have ate are sick with pains, Diarrhoea. I have reported this brand to kingston council hygiene department. Avoid buying from this branch.

Paid for extra toppings, called them to check this had gone through- they forgot extra toppings and also forgot to include bbq sauce on a bbq pizza. This is the third time they?ve wasted my money- other branches have been great, the food from this one is inedible. Order from a different branch, this place doesn?t care.

Ordered from uber, £36 pound order. he called me to tell me there wasn?t certain item and offered to add one, and when asked to add one hung up on me.
Shortly after cancels my order then when called sighs dramatically and hangs up, no money back.
