Papa John?s Kingston used to good.. but the pizza I just had delivered was awful :( I don?t recommend them at all.

I gave one star only for one reason, because it?s the only least thing! Horrible service! Last night I?ve ordered a cheese and tomato pizza, tots and a soft drink from papa John?s Kingston and all I received was two pepperoni pizzas and a brownie! When i called the store guy, he is blaming the delivery guy and the delivery guy is blaming the store guy! And Uber eats is least bothered! Wasted £21.08!!!!! Thanks for this Horrible Service!!!!

I ordered pizza via the app. Despite paying a £2.49 delivery fee it took an hour and 7 minutes to arrive. For context, I live an 8 minute drive from the store.I ordered thin crust, this was a stodgy, deep crust, partially cooked with a good 3cm of rim. It was ridiculous, the toppings sat in a smallish circle in the middle. I ordered half and half. They'd put the wrong half, then cut the pizza in massive chunks with 2 tiny slices - it says large is 10 slices, this was 6.They didn't deliver the dip that was part of the chicken side dish.Tried calling the store several times - the phone just rings out.Do not use this branch, it is pretty much theft.

I made a delivery order via just eat in the morning so I could feed myself and my younger brother. They accepted the order via just eat and we sat there all morning waiting for our food to arrive. When I rang there store they were exceptionally rude and disgusting. I definitely do not recommend Papa-Nonces!!! Worst pizza store ever. Don?t claim to be open till a certain time and when people put in bloody orders you take them for a ride.

One of the worst experience ordering on the phone. Who ever was on the ordering till on 19th November around 12:30 needs to be sent on customer training. My order was delayed by a hour and They cancelled my order without notifying and were rude on the phone and refused to give their name so I can make a complaint. Absolutely unprofessional and no customer friendly behaviour.

Ordered delivery drink is missing and they said that they will send it back. This branch has very poor service now under new management, it should be closed. Workers don't deserve the jobs.

Pizza tasted ok but ended up with food poisoning after ordering from here. Would highly advise to stay away.

UPDATE: tried this branch again the other day and although the base was still really thin, it was much nicer. Arrived in great time, piping hot and tasty. So will add another star.\\n\\nHave never had an issue with this branch. In fact, we would actively choose this branch over all other competitors due to the efficiency and quality of food.\\n\\nHowever, our last delivery in January was awful. Ordered at 8pm and it took AN HOUR AND 45 MINUTES to be delivered.\\nI actually thought the tracker was broken as it was being prepped for ages. I called at one point for an update and was told ?sorry for delay it?s coming? and then hung up on.\\nClearly the team were overrun with work.\\n\\nDriver was very apologetic but not his fault.\\n\\nThe pizza itself was poor. The base was wafer thin with toppings piled on so you couldn?t pick it up without it giving under with the weight. This meant the base wasn?t fully cooked either. It was also lukewarm at best.\\n\\nHead Office gave a full refund. Looking at reviews it seems that a bad time was had around this time and more recent reviews are better, so we will definitely give them another go (due to the years of good service) and I will update my review if things have improved.

Ordered for delivery 2 large pizzas. Quality of it was appaling. Bread edges was big as 4cm. I had to drive back with it for replacement. No sorry or apologise from staff.

Ordered for ASAP delivery at 19.33 a driver tried delivering the incorrect order which we returned, called the restaurant and explained they said 10mins we'll have our order. 30mins later we tried calling and nobody picked up. Went to the restaurant and got a refund and no pizza and they said driver had already been sent out. It's now 9pm and we have no dinner.

My friend (whom I was with, that placed and paid for the order) did so and the tracking app said it had been delivered. After trying to call the restaurant, with no answer, we drove about a mile and a half to the location to despute the issue. My friend went in, a littleconfrontational. It is at this point, I would like to mention Rob. Who was there on his day off, trying to keep the place afloat (can personally vouch from actually witnessing his efforts) he resolved our issue, even giving us some nice deductions/compensation, by way of an apology. Huge props to him. He then had our order remade and in our hands within 15 minutes. If it wasnt for all this. I would of been giving a significantly lower rating.On a good day, I haven't had a problem with this branch. Some days s**t happens. I wouldnt warn against the place as a whole. But, it has its faults.
