Extremely nice staff. Couldn?t of been nicer. Did their job with a smile and even treated me. Quickly and easily. The one reason I?m with NatWest is because of their amazing physical service.

Really terrible service at Kington Upon Thames branch today. Waited 45 minutes while staff mill around with clipboards looking bored, and none could give an idea how long it would take to get seen. Once seen was told I needed to fill in a form that would take 20 minutes, which I could have done while waiting. I did not have time. Asked for an appointment for tomorrow and told you can?t book them. Terrible queuing system and customer service. Really disappointed.

Patronising women. Closes at 1300 Saturday. That?s crazy?! Similar to others but still crazy.. the desks are closed Saturday so can?t ask to pull out my own money. Machines limited to £250?.. I literally can?t access my money on a weekend when it?s the only time I?m free?. Awful.

!!! RUDE staff and manager at NatWest (Cindy and Manager Julian Wood) !!!Having been avoiding this branch for years, I had to come to deposit some cash to my own account. Cashier Cindy said it's banned by Bank of England to deposit cash without card (what a lie), pointed finger and pen at me, kept lecturing me and interrupting me, never allowed one full question asked by me.I asked her name and her manager. She threw back the cash, left the desk and shouted not to serve me.When I spoke to the branch manager Julian Wood, I understand how the staff were enbolden to be in such outrageous manner and service in this branch.Julian shown absolutely no interest or intention to hear, discuss, or manage any aspect of such ridiculous level of service or customer complaints, kept ignoring and interrupting me from describing what had happened, no apology, highly protective of staff (she left her desk because her life was in danger) and highly critical of customer, provided me a link for complaint and send me off. What disgraceful staff and branch at NatWest! No wonder so many people had so bad reviews.

Lady who helped me was perfectly ordinary but when I asked her for the cursor services number related to my issue, she gave me a premium number. Is that their policy to direct customers to expensive premium customer service numbers? Found a free number online to contact instead and after a long process of filling in details they just hung up on me. Typical NatWest.

Absolutely shocking service. They have lost almost £7k of my daughters money and are down right rude and incompetent in dealing with this. How some staff actually get the job in the first place, let alone keep it, is an amazement. The cash has been ?lost? for almost 30 days and they are still treating my daughter like she?s 5 years old and which in itself is outrageous. They refuse to give a copy of the recall notice or the swift notice which is bizarre to say the least. It?s easier to deal with crypto as a computer makes more sense and is more civilised and helpful

I had a very bad experience that I would give zero star if I had the opportunity . I live in Bracknell and work Monday to Friday. I can only visit the bank on Saturday to sort out my account. Although I had to drive an hour Journey but NatWest in Kingston said on their website that they are open on Saturday. When I arrived there, I told the lady that I need to change my name on the account, she said we are only open for digital services but changing the name is a manual job and we can?t do it on Saturday. She was really rude and unwilling to help. She didn?t even want to listen to my worries that Saturday is my only chance to do this. I don?t understand why don?t they write on their website that they are open only for digital services instead of just writing that they are open. I decided to close my account and move to a different bank.

Very unhelpful staff who are not even willing to help customers, the queues in this branch and to be fair most branches of Natwest are shockingly slow. Mostly very time I?ve ever been into Kingston branch I?ve always come across a issue with a member of staff and their can?t really be bothered attitude. Safe to say I have now found a new bank that values it?s customers, who?s staff are professional and more importantly are helpful!

Poor attitude and knowledge! went there few days back to switch my current account. The staff treated me like they never want me there. The staff that helped me said I can't switch account cause I am not a UK resident even though I showed her my biometric resident permit. And I went home and checked again where their online website says as long as I have brp card I can open an account.I don't know it's either false marketing or the staff don't have knowledge about it. Please do something about the staff service, thanks. But I am never going there again!

Kingston NatwestI was wondering why Natwest has really low recommendation and bad reviews I experinced it today. We were in the branch to ask for our latest bank estatment. The advisor at the door didnt say she can't print it at first. She asked why do we need it for! When we said for the job centre she said from 1st september we dont provide statment. You need to print your online statement. Firstly why didnt she say so in the beginning. Then i asked her name for refrence and she hide her badge and said i wont give it to you. Then i said by law you should give me your name incase anybody ask me who i spoke to. She said by law we dont have to. Is this a new law ? And she ran to the back to stop us seeing her name on her badge. Well done to HSBC, BARCLAYS, HALIFAX and Nationwide and even metro. I have account with all of these banks and building societies. 5 star customer service for all of them.

A very unpleasant experience. I walked in and asked if they are still open and the lady invited me in. Then one staff member, the guy with a long hair shouted at me they are closed, wanted me to leave. I realised it was still a few minutes before closing. Then he asked with his sad face if I was a customer, hoping I wasnâ??t which would mean I wouldnâ??t be served. Made unpleasant comment to his colleague, who by the way have me a bad look as well. All done within a few minutes and I left before closing time. Worth mentioning the guy has already changed his uniform into casual clothes... I guess before closing time hmm. Very unprofessional. You are open till 5p.m.? serve your customers till then ð???.

I am very disappointed with Natwest Kingston in general , let me start by saying that I am visiting daily for my workplace and I have to say that the staff member are amazing unfortunately let down by terrible and gready leaders ... If you are in a rush avoid it by any means as every day they have the same excuse sorry two of our computers are broken so only one open at pick time... manager sometime stsy there standing like plants while the poor cashier is trying his best to clear the queue. If you are unfortunate enough totry getting some change on the dsy without pre order dont even think about it they wont do the effort not even for a bag already made like 500 in £ coins... the staff ask but manager always refuse. For those counters who break down everyday *( always the same strangely) should you maybe contact the company to get a new one or is it just a tactic from management to spend less on staff at the expense of customers?
