Had a slow puncture and all taken care of without any stress. Simon and his team were terrific and friendly and spent the time to explain things, Nathan even showed me the screw causing the damage! Will definitely return in future. Thank You.

7 DAYS for a simple service and MOTThe staff were nice enough but seems like the mechanics are not well trained AT ALL.Definitely DO NOT recommend. Astonished by pricing and timing. Go to an actual Halfords because this place was appalling.

Excellent, honest and professional service. I had a screw in my tyre and after being told by another fitter that my tyre could not be repaired and that I would have to replace it at a cost of £300+, I tried National Tyres. Not only did they repair the tyre, they did it in 10 minutes with no waiting time. I cannot recommend this garage enough!

White Tesla Guy - Should be 3 stars - Nigel's got to go, took 2 and a half hours to put 2 tyres on, mick take and guess what ... 1 tyre was perfectly fine, but he still put it on the scrap heap :(Tristan came through though (5 Stars), so did Simon (manager) and another guy (assistant manager)Big up Tristan, if he can't be Manager make him CEO. This guys walked on 2 tyres in 15 mins as it should be. Thanks Mate

A black hole, waste of time place. Arrived to my pre booked appointment to be notified that they are unable to complete the service and asked to come back on Saturday andIt will be done first thing in the morning. On Saturday they asked to leave the car for the whole day and it might be done, might be not. Two days wasted, asked for refund and went somewhere more reliable and trustworthy

Took my car ther for service and MOT, took out, felt odd for weeks, very sure they changed my front tyres for some reason, they don't even match, not sure what to do given it took so long to notice. Also checked before leaving and the wiper fluid cap was missing, it had felt to the engine side, had to ask them to get it.

Would NOT recommend. Understaffed and disorganised. Got an MOT check and had to take it to another mechanic to get the fixes to pass (most mechanics do the MOT and fix it themselves) then I was asked to book an appointment for the recheck but could not get through on the phone for an hour so drove back to make one in person but was told to come back so the mechanic can have his lunch. I came back again and was told he was busy and I should have called. Nonsense.
