Stunning food. Generous portions.
Awful ordering process, ordering via QR code (finding an item in the menu then subbing to find it again on their website). Means you can?t sit down and order a drink - you have to order everything at once.
Music initially way too loud upstairs (70db), I have perfect hearing, yet could not hear the server or my guests.
Waitress said she was unable to change the volume, but thankfully the manager found a way.
Overall good experience, but it has become quite a lot expensive than I was accustomed to (high end prices with McDonald?s-style service).

I?ve been coming to this Nando?s regularly for around 3 years now, I never visit any other Nando?s except this one purely based on how beautifully mannered the staff are and the atmosphere you get along with dining there!
There?s one thing that will always stand out to me - the manager she has a beautiful spirit and personality each guest interaction including mine is just so wholesome, it?s so refreshing to see a hospitality business run with love- I keep meaning to get her name!

Nando's always seem to have helpful and quick service and this one is no different. It was a busy Saturday night (the day before Father's Day) and they were really full but still went out of their way to check in with every table and food was arriving promptly. There was also an unexpected teenager party of about 12 on the table behind us and I was impressed by how efficiently they ran the table and coped with the mass influx of orders. Shout-out to our waiter Pascal who was helpful, kind and efficient. And as always the food is delicious! Highly recommend ??

The service at Nandos Kingston was amazing, Nithisha was the real standout. She was very friendly and helpful. She had been very welcoming with a big smile and having a genuine friendly energy. You can tell she really cares and loves what she does. Thanks to Nithisha, I had a wonderful experience
