I very rarely wear suits and the entire smart dress scene is a mystery to me, but I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Hugo who made the process of picking a suit for a work event a breeze.He was happy to answer any questions I had (even if stupid), and always had a smile on his face.

Suit is fine, but was pushed and pressured towards a more expensive suit, and led to believe that alterations to make fit would be included. Then charged another £50 for alterations. For the price I would expect better communication and service.

I had an amazing experience in Moss Bros Kingston last week. Hugo was so helpful and guided me to choose the right suit to wear at my friend's wedding. The suit is quality and his expertise really left a positive impression on me.I'll get my next suit from there! Thanks Hugooo!

I had an overwhelmingly positive experience with this store. I was in town from the US and needed a tux hire to be completed in about 2 hours, and they delivered perfectly. I dealt with Daniel, and he literally could have not been nicer or more accommodating. Thanks so much for helping me out!!

My experience has been with telephone ordering of a particular 46R jacket which was shown as available in this store (and not anywhere else in the country). Paulina answered the phone, checked it wasn?t on the shop floor and then searched the store till she had located it. Next she very kindly arranged for it to be sent to their store in Cabot Circus. On the day it was collected by the Moss Bros van she called to tell me that it had left their store, and had put in a request for the Cabot Circus branch to call me when it had arrived there. Thank-you so much Paulina - our son is wearing the jacket at his brother?s wedding this week-end! Absolutely excellent customer service - I can highly recommend this store!

I booked an appointment at the branch and was helped out magnificently by Clive. I had some questions about cuts, and styles which he was able to help me with expertly. We managed to leave with 4 suits for my wedding which everyone is happy with. Thanks guys!

My son and I went in to hire a suit for his prom.The customer service was shocking.We won?t go back again.The people who are working in the Kingston store have not had any customer experience training.Moss used to be a respected brand and people who are representing the brand are damaging it.Their interaction is not only up to Customer service standard, but condescending and upsetting.I suggest you enrol your sales representatives for a customer service apprenticeship.Very disappointing!

Wanted to try a shirt on today. was told I can try a sample shirt of the same size. Sample shirt fit perfectly. I get home and the shirt I bought is a WAY smaller or skinnier fit and I feel like I fill the entire shirt like a barrel and I?m not even fat. Now I have to return next weekend. What a pointless trip.

Don?t hire suits from here. The only stress I had for our wedding was because of moss bros. Never answer the phone, Leave you waiting on the shop floor for 20 minutes plus and nearly walked away with wrong suits to marry in. They Don?t know what the world service means. AVOID

I?ve never posted a Google review before.. Shockingly bad customer service from Daniel with a tweed cap. Staff had ordered the wrong size trousers for me to pick up in store. Abrupt, unapologetic and unhelpful, I ended up getting the whole suit refunded. I?ll take my business elsewhere thanks.

Shocking customer service. I will not be back. The people here clearly do not like there job. I said i wanted a suitFor a black tie event, the guy pointed to a wall of suits and walked off. Soooooo rude the Asian guy with long hair needs to find something that inspires him, clearly has a problem with the world. He will probably say yh people like me are the problem. On a human level you have to do better

As others have said, staff (except Henry and a girl with brown hair whose name escapes me) are almost comically rude and treat you with such disdain when you ask them to do anything. I was notified that my suit was ready to collect so I went in and told one of the people working there, he told me that there was no suit under that name so I asked if they could check again as I?d got an email to say it was ready. He then said ?oh so you?ve had your suit altered? (duh?) and made me feel like it was somehow my fault they can?t organise themselves.Lovely suits but most of the staff need a few lessons on manners/basic social interactions.

Hugo in the Kingston branch was brilliant! He helped my dad pick a suit for Ascot. He spent so much time with him making sure my dad was satisfied with his choice of clothing! He was so patient and lovely!

I walked in was ignored even after asking for help so I was like yeah cool your busy I will come back. So I went away and came back even plucked up the courage to speak to a salesperson and ask can they help and they did......so half hearted that I almost left a second time even though I desperately needed a suit. Then a salesperson called Henry came along, not only did he help me he suggested pieces for me, he went out of his way to make me feel body positive and secure in the pieces id selected but put in suggestions as to things that would accentuate it, he did all this while dealing with 3 other people! I really hope they work on commission because Henry earned it! Promote that man! I have a wedding I need a suit for in October, guess who im going to see? Yeah Henry at Moss Bros and with him im spending money ?
