Just had a lovely visit and Mara (sorry if spelt wrong) was so lovely and helpful. Wanting to make sure our product was fine after it was accidentally dropped. Always recommend lush to my friends and now this store in particular.

Amazing experiences. Generally felt weird as staff were so friendly which is great. Was greeted at door by a member of staff which assisted me choosing products. Great knowledge on shampoo and body products and was very kind. (Girl with green and black hair)\\n\\nStore layout is big and very spacious to move around. Lots of products to choose from which is a plus

I loved my experience in Kingston lush, staff is super nice and very helpful, especially Chloe. She knows a lot about the company and the products they sell which was interesting to hear, she was able to help me choose delicious bath bombs and lovely soap that smelled like heaven for me. I'll be back there again soon.

I had a good experience at lush. I was helped by Chloe, she helped me pick out things that would help my skin type by sitting down with me and trying on products. It was really helpful and I enjoyed the whole experience :)

Visited Lush Kingston today and had a fantastic experience.i was helped by the amazing Chloe,so friendly ,She gave me some wonderful recommendations and helped me pick out some lovely Christmas presents.Couldn't wish for better customer service.I could easily buy online but then I wouldn't be able to meet the brilliant staff that work at this branch,they are truly a credit to the store?

Once again, I am extremely pleased with my experience at Lush.\\n\\nFor the most part, I knew what I wanted. The young woman who assisted me was friendly and was able to answer my questions. She was very helpful.\\n\\nThe shop was more spacious than any other of the Lush shops that I have visited.\\n\\nThe only room for improvement is for members of staff not to constantly follow customers around all of the time. I concede that they want to help and I must also emphasise that the person who assisted me was keen to assist.

I went in to Lush Kingston specifically for 'Sleepy' cream, which I'd read great reviews of. Whilst chatting to Chloe, I asked for a couple of other recommendations. She was very engaging and knew her products! I'm delighted with the cream (it smells amazing!), looking forward to trying the samples and feeling really special to have received a random act of kindness at the end of my shop- I will pay it forward. Thank you Chloe, your two colleagues who also helped and made me feel welcome, and thank you Lush. Friendly and professional as always

As always, highest levels of customer service in LUSH! Keiron looked after me during my visit and was kind, helpful, provided great information as I had a lot of questions and gave me time to think over my product choices then came to see me again when I had more questions. Thank you for having such patience with me Keiron, I really appreciated it! I ended up buying quite a bit and I'm so happy with my choices! Thank you for introducing me to the sleepy range. I adore it! Also, guiding me through the perfume was a real treat. I didn't know LUSH had such a unique range of exquisite scents! I felt like I had been on a real journey.

I visited the store with my girlfriend. She went off and did her own thing. I got talking with a lovely girl called Roanna (member of staff) and I shared with her that my bicycle had been stolen the day before! She went out her way and gave me a bar of soap as an act of kindness. I genuinely felt less bad about losing my bike! Thanks again

Not one for reviews usually but popped into Lush Kingston recently to get a gift for a tricky teen. I wasn't really sure what I wanted. The consultant was amazing, she recommended suitable products, let me try them and was amazingly patient while I decided. The balance of being helpful and knowing when to step back was perfect. Not pushy just informative and friendly.
