I wear a particular brand of boots from Spain. The brand is hard to come by in UK shops so was thrilled to see the brand on sale here. I bought a pair of boots that from my opinion are fake. They don't look like those on the companies website on the fine detail. The boots at the top are so rough, they caused cuts and bruises to my legs even with socks and leggings on.

Hi guys I lived in Kingston for the past 17 years and today I visited this shop as it was under huge discounts but found it very unprofessional and ruthless,racist people working there. So today I was looking as some shoes when an Indian gentleman was buying shoes where the employee good built passed a racist comment on him it was shocking to see that happen today me myself am shocked how such things are tolerated here in this country. The employee I think is European should have applologised but he did not instead told them to get out of the shop. Very dissatisfied and disappointed to see this happen.

An absolute con of a shop. My mum purchased a pair of shoes from here - and asked when at the till if she could get a refund if she changed her mind. Sales assistant said yes. Went to return the shoes today and on the bottom of the receipt it says you can either exchange items or get store credit. Refunds aren't offered. Disputed this given she was told she could get a refund, but sales assistant refused to accept this. Was told to email head office (which I'm not optimistic about given the email is a gmail account - hardly legitimate).

If you care about youre money do never buy from this store.Such a poor quality at all whatis in that store,if you want a refund the "owner" say is not possible,force you to accept a voucher instead that has to be spend in his store,no respect for the customer,no thank you,no nothing...

I bought a great pair of yachting shoes and boots today and the guy Andrew was a total gentleman, very helpful and the shoes are £130 down to £60 and the boots very good quality £60 . Andrew was so cool and even gave me extra off because I bought 2 pairs. They have Doc martens birchenstock sandles too and hush puppies all at great prices and Clarks quality. I discovered this place in 2020 and so glad it's still here.
