This agency has been trying to steal our deposit, the flat we rented was given back in a very good condition and now they have got back to us with expensive invoices without first consulting us. They are now unresponsive to our email especially Heidi Ansell who has been extremely unhelpful with regards to our deposit. We will report the issue to the trading standard if we don't hear back from them soon.

This agency tries to scam people, they don?t make money by giving proper service but by ripping people off. Even 1 star is a lot.Wanted to go for a house viewing, the way they welcomed us was not professional either. I had to ask so many questions to know what I needed to know, instead of them being a bit more helpful.

Had rather an unpleasant experience with Latimer Estate Agents.As a result of negligence by which the estate agents were notified on viewing of the property that there was a loose plastic covering on the steps to the entrance of the property, which was then not fixed to the steps. I experienced an accident whereby I slipped and fell resulting in a lasting back injury as well as medically diagnosed whip lash at the time confirmed whilst in A&E. I also missed time off work as a result. The estate agents management had both over telephone conversation and email agreed to replace the phone that I had broken during the fall. This exchange was continuously delayed and on moving out of the property I have contacted numerous times so that I can receive the replacement. But each of my emails have been ignored.As well as other issues such as reporting a problem with the oven February 7th which was then not repaired until 15th March leaving us without the use of an oven for a total of 36 days. We were supplied with a table top hob, (not until quite some time after the report) which was obviously not sufficient to have proper meals for over a month.There were numerous other issues with applicables, pests in the loft, damp due to leaks in the ceiling, a large crack across of the windows, an issue with the front door lock (a locksmith notified us that if we were to use our bottom lock that we could be locked into or outside of the property) and much more. These issues were reported and then not dealt with for considerable amounts of time.Further we experienced harassment from our neighbour, who happened to be our landlords daughter. This was continuously reported to the estate agents as well as police. Which eventually led to the estate agents accusing myself of harassment themselves as a result of reporting this issue. This neighbour who was also supplied a key to the front door of our property against the contract agreed between ourselves, the landlord and letting agents. This experience in itself lead to a deterioration of mental health for both of us living at the property and made us feel paranoid and unsafe.Following each of these issues it was decided to hand in our notice earlier than expected as shown in the attached photo.I would not encourage anyone, particularly students to rent a property from these agents as there was a clear lack of support, negligence as well as being severely mislead.

The service provided by the team has been very good, If you are looking for properties in and around the Kingston area, I can highly recommend them. They were very helpful.

Cannot say enough good stuff about the agents at Latimer. The rentals were never perfect but the agents always listened and did their best to make sure the stay was pleasant. Its no surprise we stayed longer than anticipated. Amazing work.

I was looking for a 1 bed to rent for myself now I contacted over 10 different estate agents and I did not even get a call from one of them so I contacted Latimer and straight away I got a phone call every one of the staff there are so understanding and helpful and now I'm starting a tenancy thanks to Latimer I can not explain how helpful they are I would highly recommend them ? ?
