They were polite efficient helpful and friendly. My tyre was repaired rather than replaced. So I would add honest to that appraisal. This is why I always use kwikfit for my tyre replacements.

Best described in two words.. absolutely hopeless!I needed camber adjustment.. they kept saying we don't do that! School kids pretending to be technicians. Never ever would I go there again. Apparently, they scam motorists saying they need wheel alignment when they don't need it. £27 million pound scam a year. Don't do it!!!

Totally bad experience.I went to Kwik fit last Sunday because of my right front tyre pressure drop even after I pumped for a few days ago. The staff in Kwik fit didn?t check much on the tyre. He returned to me in 3 minutes and said all the tyre pressure of my car were not enough. He pumped the tyres and reported no problems of my right front tyre. I said to him that my right front tyre pressure dropped after I have pump it up. There should be some problems over my right front tyre. He said nothing special for my tyre. He said to me, ?You don?t know how to manage your car and you have to check your tyre pressure every month.? I have said to him that I have checked the tyre pressure and pumped the tyres already. He just ignored me rudely and said, ?Your tyres have been fixed and you can leave.?However, my right front tyre has not been fixed. Its pressure dropped again after a few days. I went to Kwik fit AGAIN and another staff raised my car up and checked the tyre concisely for half a hour that my right front tyre had a puncture on it and need replacement.It wasted my money and time that I have to come 2 times to get things done. It would be definitely better if the first staff could check the tyre seriously. And also it was a dreadful experience that his altitude was rude and bad. He didn?t listen well to client and said I was the one who can?t manage my car well.What a disappointed and bad experience!

Dishonest and potential document tempering. Avoid this branch at all cost.We got our car MOT and full service and they spoiled sump pan and bolt and did not inform us. When we took car for next service to another vendor we were told that they wont touch it and we should take it to previous service station as they have sealed it shut! This Kwik wik branch decline to accept responsibility - they could not have serviced car with it being sealed shut and so they are the ones who sealed it shut. They are suppose to call us and stop work if any issue with sump pan or bolt which they did not.On top of this, when we approached them , initially they could not find any paperwork, they got it all after 1 week and seems case of tempering because they suddenly have mention of it in a paper (copy of which was never given or shown to us) in great detail. Same pen colour but different depth and stroke of pen, looks like it has been done differently and post fact (but I am not a hand writing expert!). Our copy says only defective while their seperate paper now says something different, in detail, in small print - how did they even complete service then in first place or they did not and just lied? And why they did not mention this in the copy given to us? Wont you mention such thing as oil change could not be done as cap was sealed shut? They sealed it shut hoping we wont know until next year and then it is too late!Raised official complaint and will update how that goes.

I have been going to Joseph at Kwik fit Kingston for a few years now. Very few people like him whom you can absolutely trust. This time it was a major service and MOT for my BMW. Had 4 new tyres fitted in this shop.They did not have them in stock but managed to have them delivered the next Day (Saturday)! Price was competitive. Service impeccable.I felt that all the staff were professional and helpful.Joseph (must be the manager) very effective and attentive. Even stood up from his desk to quickly help staff have difficulty on removing one of my wheels.. That?s is Leadership ?

I drove into this branch of Kwik Fit without any appointment, hoping they would tell me if the squashed valve on one of my tyres could be repaired or I would need to replace the whole tyre. Justin replaced the valve straight away without charging me anything. I am so grateful for the wonderful customer service!

Highly recommended. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly.Here's the story:I was scheduled to have the gas for air-conditioning replaced. But when after I parked my car, my car was stuck in gear and couldn't be moved.I had to call the RAC as there was nothing Kwikfit could do.Whilst I was waiting, my car battery seemed to have a problem and they did a free battery test for me also.

My Tesla had a flat tyre and I waited 4 hours for a tow to Kwik- fit. I arrived at 5:20pm and a member of staff stayed late to change my tyre. I was v impressed and thankful!

Always exceptional service from everyone there. They should all be faces of the company and be given pay rises! They are always spot on with super customer service, friendly and responsive, efficient in getting the jobs done as well.

I'd messed up my booking and the guys were able to fit me in anyway even though it was a busy Saturday. I was even given a talk through about the work done and wasn't made to feel silly when I had to ask additional questions.
