Staff are incredibly rude I got a burger with mould on it no joke I told them to give me a burger and they refused cause it was 'half eaten' when I didn't notice it till I almost ate it who knows if I ate a mouldy burger but if u wanna get a kfc don't go Kingston

Disgusting behaviour from the sales staff, I went for eat food with my 4 month baby. My daughter felt unhappy and cried after that I asked the one of lady stuff for a carrier bag for takeaway she Denied! Very rude customer service and food also wasn't good. After that I bin my food.

The customer service at this KFC is extremely disappointing. A tall guy with a beard is consistently rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. This has happened to me multiple times, and after reading reviews from other customers, it?s clear that this has been an ongoing issue for months. Some have even uploaded pictures of the same staff member.
As a major food brand, KFC should prioritize good customer service, yet no action seems to be taken despite repeated complaints. Your staff represents your brand?if they are unwelcoming, customers will avoid coming back. If someone has an attitude problem, they should not be in a customer-facing role.
I strongly urge KFC to address this issue and train staff to be polite and respectful. Until then, I would not recommend visiting this location.

I ordered a bucket of chicken online, and when it arrived, it smelled and tasted like bleach or some kind of cleaning product. It was completely inedible and made me question the food safety standards at this location.
I also visit this store regularly, and the customer service is always terrible. The staff are consistently rude and unhelpful, acting like they don?t want to be there. On top of that, the hygiene is awful?the place is often dirty, and it doesn?t seem like cleanliness is a priority at all.
This location seriously needs to improve both its food quality and customer service. I won?t be ordering from here again.
