I was introduced to PMB light therapy by John Rose and his lovely team. I am in my late seventies with osteoarthritis exacerbated by many sporting injuries.Having completed many sessions of PMB I am very pleased to report significant changes to my general health and wellbeing. Incrementally my energy levels and vitality have increased and I am now able to walk farther with confidence, strength and stability. More importantly, signs of joint inflammation has noticeably decreased.I had no expectations before first using PMB but I followed the recommendations and I am delighted with this painless, relaxing way of improving my life.E. I have been visiting John Rose Eyecare to use the PMB red light therapy bed for a few years now. I am a Padel player, training and competing at high intensity's and the bed has helped me recover quicker and train harder. It helps with recovery in between matches and sessions, and has also been key in targeting some specific injuries and concussions I have suffered with. Highly recommend using Red Light Therapy.

Really happy with the wonderful service from John, an excellent optician and his delightful team. Luckily, I found John Rose Eye Care for my children's eye care after an intensive research. When I talked to John first time on the phone to get some information about the services they offer, I was impressed with his knowledge. Although we live quite far away from their place I decided to go there. I am glad that I made the right decision. My son's myopia hasn't changed in 1 and a half year. They have the appropriate myopia management options and you can be reassured you're in the best care possible. They offer a direct debit scheme which comes with lots of benefits. We come and leave every time with a smile on our faces. I want to say a big thank you to him and his team. Surely we will be coming here for years.

I visited John Rose today for my first light therapy session. I was met warmly by Anca and her colleagues, who are lovely and very professional, and offered coffee whilst the therapy process was explained thoroughly to me. The light session was amazing! It felt like I was lying in the sun as the warmth radiated was very relaxing and I got the impression that the sun was moving across my body. I have chronic fatigue syndrome and research shows that light therapy can alleviate my symptoms. As I had such a wonderful experience at JR I will definitely book more sessions with Anca.

Amazing customer service and consistent care for years for my whole family. Would highly recommend the red bed as well! There are very few around and has helped me recover from my ankle surgery extremely quickly. As a professional athlete I will continue to use this red bed for anti inflammatory purposes.

I have taken 7 sessions of the whole body laser treatment offered at John Rose Eye Care. I am currently suffering from long COVID and have noticed an improvement in my lung health. I also have had less brain fog since beginning the treatment which has allowed me to properly revise for my A-level exams. The staff there are so kind and attentive and make me feel comfortable when I am there. I would recommend this treatment. Truly a lifesaver.- Amy Faergemann

Thank you so much for the care and attention to my eyes, I've been coming here for over 35 year get your support and expertise! This visit I used the Infrared bed as usually. My left need was swollen after an old injury and been irritated by a walking holiday. I saw reduced swelling and improved range of movement in the joint which has maintained. Thank you

John Rose is excellent at finding solutions to problems. If my glasses leave the house they often get lost which is a very expensive issue. The last pair lasted a month! Obviously this is a major problem but I need to read train departure boards in London and other important signs.Considering the problem and cost John was able to provide a cost effective answer which would lessen the pain of losing glasses less traumatic. Now I keep the expensive pairs in the house and car. The inexpensive pair is for out and about.Thank you John Rose for listening, understanding and providing a solution.

John and his team have provided excellent eye care for me and my family for almost 10 years. I originally joined the practice as my ophthalmologist at the time recommended him. John?s knowledge and expertise ensures that his practice offers the most advanced eye treatments available. The progress of my son?s myopia has been arrested by corrective glasses that John recommended as soon as the new lense technology became available. John and his team have always gone above and beyond to ensure the glasses and contact lenses they provide are the best quality and fit they can be.
