Very thankful to Ivy Gate and Stuart in helping me selling my property. Not only they handled the viewings, but also helped with everything needed throughout the process, including Land Registry checks, great solicitor contacts and so on. What a breath of fresh air this outfit is compared to the previous agents we used. They are professional, efficient, no nonsense, have a transparent fee structure, willing to help and give good advice throughout the letting out process. I cannot recommend this estate agent highly enough. They've completely transformed what I expected from dealing with an estate agent with my first property purchase! The staff have been nothing but friendly, caring and amenable, helping me with every question I had, and chasing those slowing the process down when things weren't progressing quickly enough.
