Terrible!!! Don?t use this post office and certainly do not have your parcels delivered there!! They said they hadn?t received it. Had to go to post office at Villiers Road to get confirmation that it had definitely been delivered. The man behind the counter at Villiers Road kindly let me take a photo of the confirmation on his computer. He also said ?He had been getting a lot of this from that post office!!? With my prove of delivery went straight back to Hawks Rd, should have seen their faces!! I then had to get uptight because they were still saying it hadn?t been delivered. I could see my parcel behind him on the shelf. Finally he got it and gave it to me. Shouldn?t have to go through all this mess to collect a package from the post office. My personal experience was absolutely terrible and will never use Hawks Road again. Plenty of other ones with much more pleasant experience.Staff are just extremely RUDE!!!!!!

Horrible and rude staff, refused to hand over a DPD parcel despite being shown the DPD pick up pass.Attempted to collect it twice over 2days and both occasions they were vile.Made us show ID, and still didn?t hand it over. Practically made us beg and then got abusive once we started getting insistent we had our package. One man pointed at and told my wife to ?shut her mouth?On the second attempt to collect, they made out the package was lost. Then by miracle, it was found under the counter after I mentioned I had complained to DPD and the post office the previous day and DPD insisted they cannot withhold the parcel from me.It was a very strange experience and if you can, avoid collecting or drop parcels from here at all costs.*Sadly this experience had zero politeness from any staff from the second my wife attempted to collect her parcel.The egotistical power trip and lies we were subjected to was degrading on so many levels. What makes the incident even more mind blowing is all we wanted to do was collect our parcel and leave.DPD Pick up pass & ID shown, and the manager made me beg for the parcel to be handed over, because he said I had called DPD and the Royal Mail the previous day making formal complaints about his staff.The most bizarre experience we?ve ever had anywhere, and hopefully we will never have to endure again.Please enter this shop with caution and be prepared for a possible hostile reception*

Just visit there to drop a Evri Parcel and the Combe counter was open ! The extremely rude guy refused to take the package as he said he don?t have space !!!!! My package was 14 inch tower fan for return !!! He said it is too big ..!! How rude he was!!! Unbelievable !! I never ever had such experience in a PO !!! I am wondering how is the sub post master !!!If you guys can?t take a litter big parcel u shouldn?t take Evri service !!!!! Of ask Evri to keep in ur list limited service!!!!I will never back again !!! I Hope he will learn some good Manner !!!!Very disappointing!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never manager in the post office,I tried 4 time to claim winning ticket, spend on minicab about £25 pounds and say not manager and can't do it claim

Very unhelpful and unfriendly staff. Tried to post a package yesterday and couldn't because of the strike. I was told to come back today and when I did I was told they had run out of space to store packages and I had to come back on 19th December.

The service was rude, they wanted to deceive with the dimensions of the package and expect to pay more. I tried to explain to Villiers rd, Royal mail depot, but they can't do anything because a separate company accepts parcels on their behalf. If you continue like this, then Royal mail will go bankrupt, because that separate company will lead to bankruptcy for the services it provides. Not all post offices are such pests, Kingston Bentalls post office accepted my package!

V friendly member of staff helped me select the right postal method for a delivery, best still they're open Sundays too. No complaints, would go back anytime.

Great service, others complaining about the shop customers being served first should bear in mind they are predominantly a shop, and the same staff operate the post office section too, but the shop will always take priority.That's how the business model works.

Great to have a post office which is open on Sundays - only one in Kingston which is (unless you go over the bridge to Hampton Wick).
