I bought my first home in New Malden through Harrison Jacks and I couldn?t have been happier with the professional and friendly service I received. Jessica, our agent, welcomed us to our first viewing and was very informative about the property, and once we decided to put an offer, we received great support throughout the buying process. It can be very daunting going through the process but with Jessica?s help and recommendations, it was seamless. Communication was always flowing regarding any matter or paperwork, and even when we came across an issue from the developer?s side, Jessica would immediately get onto an email or phone call to get it rectified. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Harrison Jacks. I?m now a home owner and I want to say a big thank you for making it happen!

Jessica at Harrison Jacks has been a complete pleasure to have advertise the sale of my property.I will update and add this review on completion, but so far everything has been brilliant. Jessica has been courteous throughout, and keen to get keen and legitimate buyers through my door. She is everything you'd expect from an estate agent.Don't bother going for big chains that see you as a number, and fail to provide that personal and attentive touch, instead Jessica, will ensure the sale of your property is handled with the utmost care, detail and respect.Thanks again Jessica!

I met with Jessica today, to rent a beautiful apartment, which unfortunately was small for my family. Nevertheless, I will continue to try to find the right home with the help of Jessica, whose professionalism, accuracy in what she represents, knowledge, patience and understanding of our needs are to me unique qualities in a professional estate agent. Jessica is professional and efficient! Quick respond, easy communication warm and friendly. Very helpful in the process. The case had a lot complications but Jessica always came up a solution! I was amazed and appreciate that she made it work perfectly the end! I won?t image it can be done especially in a tight deadline without her. Would work with again.

Couldn't be happier with choosing Harrison Jacks to sell my property. They provided me with a sales strategy which got me a buyer in the first 2 days! The free drone & videography service meant that, together with assisting the sale, I also got to keep a copy to remember my property by - a class touch. We received a free 'home moving box' with vouchers, drinks & cleaning products, which was another welcome surprise. A huge thanks to the team, I will be sure to recommend you to anyone looking to sell.

Very disappointed for the service provided and no follow up at all.I am sadly writing this review as I am hoping to discuss with the agent that has follow up with me for a shop leasing. It was a very positive discussion and the agent just kept telling me it is very promising.However I have to keep chasing the progress by myself and I have been asked to submit our business proposal in which I did on the following day. I waited till a month after that calling the agent again sadly the agent just avoided to pick up my call and asking me to keep waiting...after a few months right now, they just simply ignore my request and I am really shock by the level of professional that it should be.....I totally could understand if the landlord doesn't want to proceed for any reason though we agreed for all the terms and conditions....however at least as a professional agent they should really call and let me know a YES or NO....Seriously as a business runner , time is extremely precious stuff and it is alright even though we cannot rent the shop but i am quite doubtful for all the potential tenants to seek leasing from this agency.

Highly recommend Harrison&Jacks for all your housing needs in the vicinity of Kingston.Jess is very approachable and knowledgeable about the area. I had a very pleasant viewing experience. We saw all areas of the property, including parking and communal areas. Also, I was provided with a high quality brochure on the property. Any additional queries I had were also promptly answered. If you are looking for a property around Kingston, they do not get better quality than H&Js. Best wishes.
