Greggs has two outlets in Kingston. This one serves great summer drinks. I visited on a warm summer afternoon and enjoyed the vegan roll with chiller. Food 4.5/5 stars. Small place, cleanliness and organisation can be improved.. Overall 4 stars.

Come here every now and then for a cheeky sausage roll or a chicken bake, food is alright but prices are higher and nor reasonable. Have not been coming as the birds have become a problem. Before they used to poo on the outside tables and sit on them which is not hygienic at all but not much you can do however now they are coming inside the store and is just straight up disgusting; cleaning the floor and closing the doors could easily fix this issue, you don?t see the other restaurants just leaving their doors wide open for pigeons to come as they please! The workers are great though deserving of raises.

Ok so I'm pissed off now. I'm just going to be very direct and blunt. Whoever is making the baguettes in this store you need to stop acting like the fillings are coming out of your wages!!! I brought a mexican chicken baguette today and my lord was I amazed. Literally a baguette with a handful of onion and jalapenos the meat was basically non existent so I used the meat that was there to fill the bread how it should be done and there was two thirds of the baguette still just empty bread. And it's not just this Greggs either. Nearly all of the Greggs I go to are just ripping people off you need 3 baguettes to make 1 decent one that fills you up as lunch should. The rich get richer folks the poor stay poor

Not very productive. Opens at 6.30 on Saturday but nothing is ready. Unhygienic. Rubbing of noses and then making boxes up for doughnuts. Very disorganised.

It?s not very disabled friendly as when trying to enter the shop you have a tree , advertising board and tables and chairs on both sides which was quite difficult to get in. Inside it?s just the same as there is not much room to move, due to a huge divider in the centre.

It's a pigeon party - birds constantly flying around the shop and eating from the floor. If was swept every now and again they'd not come in, just food all over place for them to eat.
Outside seating area is no better. They literally sit in the trees and on the tables crapping on tables, chairs, people and food. Seen it so many times. Is disgusting. Not fit for anyone to eat anything there.
Thieves love it to. Sat and watched no less than 5 walk in and just fill pockets and walk out.
If you love crime.... its a 5*.
But for everyone who pays, go elsewhere.

This Greggs was always a go to place for me, and I went there many times,
Very nice and friendly staff but Today its second time I went to Greggs and I found a same person sitting there,
That guy smells very bad(seems like a druggy)
No offence to anyone or I am not kind of person who hate these poor guys.
I actually feeling bad for them, but this is a Food place and hygiene should be the top priority.
I feel vomit, I paid the eat in price but hardly stands there to collect my food and decided to do takeaway, that smell was so bad that even after coming back home, I couldn?t eat my food.

Bought a beef and veg pastie, cold after first bite but staff won't reheat it even tho it's perfectly safe to do so. Staff are hard working and not at fault, but this policy sucks.
