Every Saturday, while I run at Kingston Parkrun, I frequently visit this Gress. I just tried the vegan sausage and Latte. The staff is lovely. The gentleman who was serving was courteous. setup that is well-organized. One of my favorite spots to grab coffee in the morning after a run.

I ordered a cheese and onion pasty, besides being frozen cold it was BURNT on the inside.

Do not buy thier vegan sausage rolls here. Just purchase £20 worth of food but rolls where dry and burnt, when i returned to the store i was told "next time dont eat them" as 2 people had tried to eat them and had taken a bit from 2 of the 4 purchased . Never thought greggs at Ham parade would recommend not eating their food !!!
Wont be making that mistake again .

I?ve tried to fill in your contact us form twice about previous issues, which you?ve decided to completely ignore. Really need to get some new management in this branch. Supervisor is SO rude to customers and staff. As for food, they don?t seem to have much control regarding stock replenishment. It?s all either stone cold or there?s none available & stood waiting for it to finish in the oven. Reading other reviews I can see other customers clearly talking about the same supervisor. Seems like someone needs to do something about it. No wonder why you have such a high turnover of staff.
