Imagine you?re travelling the world for a year. Would you rent out your lovely home to be managed by a man who once had a day job defending the country in frigates, destroyers or submarines or by a youngster in a shiny suit who defends a corner table in The Armpit Arms on Fridays? A complete no-brainer! And 14 months later, what was the experience like? Without doubt, words like ?efficient? and ?reassuring? come to mind whenever we ask ourselves the question. It meant that if problems arose (and with human beings they always do) we were swiftly told about them and, soon after, how they had been sorted. Other times we were supported with periodic updates to kept us in the picture about how the house was running. Two examples: the long and detailed handover checklist, both leaving and returning, was calmly organised on our behalf while cleaning services were arranged without having to lift a finger. Would we call upon Greenwoods again ? of course. Would we recommend them to others ? mad not to!Chris & Jacqui

I worked with many real estate agents while searching to find the right home for my family in Kingston.. similar experiences wherei felt i am one of thousand customers they deal with.. i received auto mails.. nothing personal.. until i met Greenwoods! From the first day i step in their office till today service i get was amazing. Louise from property management is the best i`ve ever seen!

I would like to thank Louise for her excellent service. As soon as I asked for help with a plumbing issue, she responded promptly and quickly arranged for someone to attend who fixed the issue in no time. I have been renting this flat since March 2023 and I am satisfied with everything Greenwoods have done to support me.

They stole my bike charger from the block they "manage" under the false accusation of electricity theft. when we had spoken about this to them when we moved in, once reminded about this conversation miraculously they returned the bike charger saying, We just found it in the basement, after 12 days of chasing them. they also protect other racists who racially profile people in the block they manage. not good people, they don't show up on time either, one day they called me at 9 am at their office, which opens at 9, and didn't show up till 9:30, when I asked them they why so late, the arrogant woman said traffic, so much for professionalism. like our time matters less, and our journey has no traffic. manipulative and not nice at all. plus Louise is never in on time, never calls back and is so unprofessional I can't believe its a British organisation.

Totally useless at Property management. I was waiting over a year to repair a simple wooden door on a bike shed that has still not happened and led to hundreds of pounds of damage to the bikes that I repeatedly reminded the office were being exposed to the weather. Not to mention they have failed to confirm our buildings insurance is renewed since the start of this year !!!!

Stay well away from this letting agency. We used them to manage our property after previous agents sold to Greenwood?s. We were told PG would contact us to introduce himself when he took over, never happened.Not many visits if any were made to the property to ensure the tenants were maintaining our property.We visited 20/8 after the tenant was issued a section 21 notice, after we had sold the property in May. We were never at any point told we would be better selling after the tenant had vacated.I was more than shocked with the state of the property on visiting. We signed and so did the tenant agreeing no pets were allowed but on entering there were cats in the property that had destroyed carpets and spindles in the stairs.We had paid for painting prior to putting the property in the market and were told by PG the tenant would pay for this and damages to the property out of her deposit. He offered £200 once the tenant moved out.We monthly had to chase payments and communication between the team was appalling.If I was allowed to leave 0 stars I would have and would go as far to say -0DO NOT USEI could go on and on with negative issues with Greenwood?s
