The restaurant is located in a convenient spot near the river and on the high street.
We arrived for dinner at around 8 pm, and despite the quiet atmosphere, there was no staff to welcome us. After waiting briefly at the host stand, the staff behind the tills instructed us to sit wherever we wished.
I ordered the Korean fried chicken burger with sweet potato fries, and it was delicious but could have been warmer. However, I did notice that the restaurant could use a bit of tidying up. When we were finished, it took the team almost ten minutes to clear our table.
Vegetarian options: They have a number of plant-based burgers.

Love the staff at GBK Kingston upon Thames! I always find them cheerful and very helpful.
Had great service again yesterday, this time from Yash and Chinmay. Nothing's ever too much trouble, even when the place is busy and they're under pressure.

Always reliable. Using the app to order in the restaurant is pretty easy and means you can customise your burger. Milkshakes are too thick for my taste but my teen kids love 'em.
Love the skinny fries, and the house red is decent.

You had only one job, make that burger patty perfect and you burnt it?.
Salad was nice, but why it was soo hot??? I didn't ask to boil it(or microwave it).
Toilets are filthy with sticky floors and garbage bins overflowing.
