Our sale and move could not have gone any better.From the first conversation with Oliver and Matthew at Gibson Lane to completion, we could not fault any one element of the sale process. It was faultless.With 17 viewings we sold on day one at just over the asking price, which was already more than similar neighbouring properties.From there on, Caroline, Gibson Lane's sale coordinator, did a superb job liaising with our buyer, their and our solicitor as well as the estate agents for our vendors and their solicitor. The estate agent's team handling our purchase praised the good work that Gibson Lane did and in particular, Caroline.We have moved many times and this was by far the most hassle-free and stress-less move, and that was down to the team at Gibson Lane.We have no hesitation in recommending Gibson Lane and are so pleased that we made the decision to sell our house through them.

We had a very positive experience buying through Gibson Lane. Sean showed us around many properties, and was excellent - professional, knowledgable, friendly, letting us view the properties in our own time, with a non-aggressive sales manner, which we really appreciated. The whole team were always available, helpful and very quick to respond to queries, and worked hard to maintain excellent communication throughout the chain, to ensure all the purchases and sales went through. Super professional, personable team and unlike some agents who simply arrange appointments and arrive with keys, they really "sold" the house, arranging viewing days to generate maximum interest and really explaining all the positive aspects of the house to potential buyers. Excellent local market knowledge as well. Would not hesitate to recommend.
