This is my favourite store, where I ALWAYS find a gorgeous dress for special occasions, regardless of the season. Prices are amazing compared to the quality of the garments, and the staff members make me feel like I?m part of their family? they are ready to help, offer honest suggestions for your body type and style. This is NOT my style, however there is definitely space to call someone/company out if required.you should be EMBARRASSED and ASHAMED of the way you operate a business. Never have I been so blatantly taken advantage of and disrespected as a customer. Shame on you.The situ: I ordered 4 items, (two suits essentially) for Ascot coming up next week. They arrived and I tried them on at home. Lovely, but the style wasn't quite right. I put each item back in the garment bag, in the box, and returned the items via royal mail.Was just notified today that they are only refunding one pair of pants, as all the other 3 items were "damaged" and "unsellable".The best part is they are not only unreachable on a phone line - (they don't have a customer service contact phone number), but they won't provide images of said damages. These items never left my room.I like to think of myself as an honest person who believes in doing the right thing - at all times. It breaks my heart that a company feels like they can treat customers this way. I'm scared to think of how many other times this has happened, because without any conversations, photos or evidence, who's to say they don't do this more often?This is so not my style but there is a time to chime in when a company operates like this. I just hope that if anyone who reads this thinks of buying with Ghost, they think again.Utterly devastated and irate with this company.

It is so disappointing to do this,but unfortunately I am not happy with one of your staff.I think she is new,I don't her name ,but she is short and has dark her.She is very rude and not welcoming. I hope the management do something about it.I think she needs customer Service training. Many thanks.

The clothes are gorgeous: elegant, feminine, timeless and easy to look after. Ladies working at the store are knowledgeable about the products, very helpful, friendly and happy to advise. Specifically Roxana is a star in her field! I have got several pieces from this store and every time I wear them, I feel great.

Dreadful service. The staff are so so rude. I asked help from Sima about dresses that can fit my complexion.She was having her Bluetooth earphones while I was asking to be helped. I saw they didn't help at all other customers with kids,not spoke to me friendly .Sima didn?t advise me and suggested other options and rudely ignoring she left the shop floor.Other staff came and suggested to go to Next to buy dresses?You get better service at H&M!! Recommend to management to put their staff on commission to give a bit of passion and enthusiasm and to love working not gossiping.Sad times for the founders, I'm sure it was brilliant when they were there.
