I would highly recommend Featherstone Leigh. From the outset, there was a logical and clear sales strategy based upon the uncertain market in 2023, which was most reassuring. The whole team were friendly and approachable throughout, particularly Ollie and I felt there to be a collaborative approach to the sale of my property, such that my preferences were always taken into account at every stage. Communications were also excellent, particularly related to the viewings and utilising WhatsApp messaging to keep me updated. Thank you to all for ensuring a successful outcome!

This is now the second time I have used FL and have just completed on the sale of a house through them. Despite all of the disruption caused by the fourth wave of the pandemic they were able to source a buyer on first viewing. They delivered yet again.Featherstone Leigh achieved more in one day through the sale of my property than another very well known competitor was able to do in 3 months. Excellent service, no hassle. We highly recommend Featherstone Leigh. During the sale of our house they have been super-efficient and professional and right from the start we felt we had every confidence in them. They have excellent knowledge of the local area and the current situation in the property market ? our house sold the day after an open house event! They worked hard to help us achieve the best possible price using their expert negotiating skills and gave us great advice along the way. The whole team were lovely to deal with - their communication was impeccable, and it was nice to deal with people and not be made to feel as if we were just another client.

We recently sold our house through Featherstone Leigh, dealing primarily with Charley. If there was an option to rate them 6 stars I would!Charley (and indeed every member of the team) was friendly, polite, knowledgable, helpful and professional at all times. A real pleasure to deal with. We sold our house some 4 months before finding a property to purchase and it is only because of Charley that our buyers were kept happy enough to wait for the chain to be complete.I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend Featherstone Leigh and would very happily work with them again.

Featherstone Leigh at Kingston, has been great to work with; their professional attitude but same time personal touch and understanding the process and supporting the cases, it has been great! I have worked with Charley West and he has been the representing FL, and I can easily say his robustness, positive attitude, authentic and welcoming attitude made the whole process smooth and easy to follow. As it is well known real estate buying/selling is not just about financial investment but in most cases it is an emotional investment and it is really important in such cases to have someone with high empathy (EQ) and Charley definitely has it!
