On a time limit and don?t expect to turn up on a Saturday morning to find that there?s no one here. This possibility should be communicated when ordering from this service. Last time I?ll be using them. Will also notify NatWest who the money was ordered through.EDIT: Moved from 1 star to 3 stars as the agent turned up before the time I had to leave, so I got my currency, and the customer service engagement following my complaint has been exemplary. Hopefully they will take action to improve the Customer Experience going forward, which is what they are committing to do right now. Well done for trying to improve things.

Tried to sell Danish Krones and was told they wouldn't accept 500 DKK notes. M&S bureau de change around the corner happily accepted the notes. M&S Euro rates are also better.

I ordered currency online and just needed to pick it up. During peak holiday time there was just one person working there. This person was serving a customer for 45 minutes! I asked whether I could just pick up my order and the guy said that he couldn't serve me until the other customer was done, so I left. I also can't cancel the order without a £10 change.Edit: I came back on the next day, and all staff were on lunch break, so no pickup either.The third time I managed to pick up the currency.

Dreadful service. Only 1 staff member. 15 minutes plus to deal with each customer so I waited 40 minutes. Despite a text the Swiss Francs I ordered were not there so that gad to be cancelled and swapped for eurosAVOID

The exchange rate seemed a bit high, but I quickly found a place that was open on Sundays and exchanged money.Little expensive but you will be able to visit on Sunday. When in a hurry, this works great!
