Ordered a pizza told the driver to call when outside driver didnt bother calling and left as my buzzer is broken at the moment called the store the female manager (I say because there's 2 managers male and female) decided she did not want to resolve the situation In the slightest instead of sending me another pizza like I asked I was offered a voucher which took 4 further days to even receive I had to keep chasing up then when I finally get it I find out there's a 15.99 minimum spend requirement which she didn't even explain to me worst customer service I've ever received avoid this store like the plague one side of management at the very least is completely out of touch and unprofessional

Our order took almost 2 hours to arrive. Once it arrived they had forgotten one thing so obviously we called to inform them of this. The guy we spoke to was rude accused us of lying and spoke down on us. Eventually after back and forth we were offered to have our missing item sent out to us and a request of a refund was agreed for not only how long the delivery took but also the missing food. We have now been sent a text stating we can get a free pizza with a code they sent. If the guy on the phone wasn?t so rude and degrading this wouldn?t have been an issue but all round they just handled everything so badly and for the price you pay I would expect better quality all round.

Rude service, tracking tools don?t work, took 1 hour to get a pizza, lies about pizzas being delivered to hit targets instead of taking accountability for slow delivery

Delivery is really slow and they mark things as delivered even when it is not. Food took over an hour longer and staff either didn?t answer the phone or answered and gave clipped response claiming there was issues but it was 5 minutes away (yet then later said it hadn?t even left the store). Only upside is food is good when it actually arrives.

Mould on my pizza!!! When I showed them, they told me it was pepper? which it clearly isn?t. They then said ?a new member of staff accidentally used the chicken cutter instead of the vegetable one?. So they knowingly cross contaminated a vegetarian pizza with meat and still sent it out? And it was mouldy! Which is a health hazard! Said they could not refund. I don?t know what is more disgusting? their hygiene or their customer service. Avoid at all costs

Terrible service. Forgot to send an item, so the driver said he will redeliver. 45 minutes passed, no item. Called up and said it will be with us in half an hour. No show so called back now 2 hours after putting in the original order and she says they still haven?t sent the item from the store! Ridiculous customer service.

Ordered a couple of pizzas 5pm on a Friday. Picked up my food and took it home to find mould on one of the pizzas. See photos - very obviously mould due to the dark green colouring and fluffy texture. I had to then waste time taking the pizza back to show the staff who told me it was peppers? I explained it was clearly mould (bear in mind I showed them the pizza in person). The staff then said it was because a new member of staff used the wrong slicer on the pizza. Mould should not be on any slicer or anywhere need a food establishment for that matter. They refused to apologise for this health hazard. Disgusting food and even more disgusting customer service!
