Wow what a difference a professional estate agent makes! After nearly 6 months of trying to sell my flat with another agent, Curchods managed to sell it to a proceedable buyer in less than a week. This was only the start of their hard work with Tom Maher going above and beyond to ensure that contracts were exchanged before our mortgage offer expired. He was able to obtain crucial documentation in a few hours rather than the 3 - 5 days originally quoted. Scott, Joanne and Tom are an amazing team who are easy to work with, totally committed to delivering an outstanding service and I would highly recommend them.

I have dealt with Tom Maher for the purchase of my new house. Tom Maher has been amazing from start to finish and continuously assisting us to find our new home. Excellent service, super friendly staff. Our agent, Tom Maher, was extremely helpful and always willing to sort our requests. Curchods Kingston have been fantastic in dealing with the sale of our home. It's been a long time coming with 2 failed sales (neither of which were the fault of Curchods) and having first put the house on the market 27 months ago! Curchods pulled out all the stops to find us new buyers very quickly meaning we could keep the house we are buying.Big thanks especially to Joanne Fox for everything you've done and for putting up with my incessant nagging.
