The trainee Batista was excellent, friendly and helpful. It was let down by the general slightly claustrophobic feel of the store and it's really noisy and echoey.

Very small with hardly any indoor seating, a bad smell of drains as soon as you walk in and the door is in need of repair. Food and drink wise, same as all the others

How very sad a once quality brand has now become cheap and awful! I stopped to have an espresso and a croissant to have in, I was asked, can I drink my espresso in a paper cup which I declined I was also presented which was supposed to be a croissant with only one bites. I had to spit it out. It was dry doughy and un edible!
Philippe Schaillee Should try his produce before trying to flog it to the public as food! I definitely won?t be using Costa ever again!

My husband is particular about his flat white coffee and it?s always hit or miss with baristas all over London. However, Today at Costa it was exquisite! He got the best flat white out there. Well done!

Dietary restrictions: I don?t have an intolerance to dairy just a preference for oat milk however the staff kindly checked if I had an intolerance as the drink I ordered had cream added.

I go in there every day when I work in Kingston . The staff and manageress are friendly and welcoming. They know my order - ok, it?s always the same (!) but it?s still nice to be welcomed with a smile and have a brief chat. So much better than Nero?s in Fife Rd who in a year never so much as smiled !

I had a wonderful experience today at Costa in Kingston. I came in with my friend and our two babies. Adrian and Naeem were so kind and considerate. They really made our day!
