I highly recommend Costa at 2nd floor Bentall in Kingston. I visit bi-weekly, and Veta, the manager and their team Olena Anju Andri Ela , always greets me with a big smile, making me feel very warm and welcome. My visits here always brighten my day, thanks to the wonderful team.

Amazing customer service from Ahmed. Very polite and welcoming. Also very patient and quick at service. He brought the drinks to our table which we appreciate as we were a big family.

There are 2 in the Bentalls Center in Kingston, one in the basement, 1 on the second floor. Both are good, classical Costa vibe. I usually prefer the 2nd floor one with ample outdoor seating especially during the summers with all the crowded vibe. Costa?s bakery variety is never dying & my die for choice & the mouth watering tastes!! All my family is signed up for Costa but on the other note I find it a bit expensive comparatively. But I?d always come over for some quality time & quality food. Costa has my heart!!

Definitely open.Cafe Latte is good. Bacon bap was ok for prepackaged food.It is important to variety your selection when ordering. Language, accents and understandings can result in a coffee frappe as opposed to a caramel coffee. Not detrimental in this case. The lady did offer to redo it.
