The best service you will find in a pharmacy. They always show genuine care for their customers, take time to properly explain how to use/apply medication and treatment, and have even offered a follow up phone call to check all is ok. When services like this are under such strain it is commendable that they keep the care of the customer at the heart of what they do, despite being so stretched.

Pharmacy assistant opens the front door and then shouts at people not to come in yet as they will open after ?????--reply to your answer: I suggest don't open the door until you are ready to open and there is no need to raise the voice . Thank you

I have been using this pharmacy for the last 7 years. I have just used the personal chat system that the pharmacy has. It meant I could check my prescription was ready before entering the pharmacy. So grateful for this service. The people who work there are so helpful.

Coombe Hill Pharmacy is a local business that prides its self in helping the community. It has been family run for at least the last 40 years and offers a wide variety of services, always with a smile on their face. Sunil and Meera with the rest of their staff are very friendly and always prepared to help or give advice. Prescriptions can be sent direct to them from your GP for you to pick up or if you are infirm a driver will take them to you house. Local chemists like Coombe Hill are an important part of a community and help take some pressures away from GP's. This chemist is no exception and definitely worth visiting.

Coombe Hill Pharmacy is a joy to visit!The staff are amazing, always friendly and so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The pharmacists are very efficient at dispensing meds, keeping accurate records of prescriptions and meds collected, as well as providing advice on over the counter medicines.The pharmacy is always busy, which shows how popular it is with the local community. Staff know people?s names and will have a quick chat if there?s time.The pharmacy also stocks a wide variety of other medical supplies as well as toiletries and seasonal items.I?m very happy with the service provided and would recommend popping in next time you are in the area.

A shining example of all that is good about healthcare in this country. The level of unwavering professionalism, matched with a profound knowledge so readily shared by the staff of this lovely pharmacy and healthcare shop, delivered with a friendly, reassuring and genuinely caring attitude, make visits to Coombe Hill Pharmacy a pleasure. I have two chronic health conditions and regularly require medication. In the past, I relied on a number of different pharmacies to provide my prescribed medicines. But, there were always lingering concerns about getting my correct medication at the right time. When I finally switched to Coombe Hill Pharmacy, these worries disappeared. The ability of staff here to always get me my medicine on time has greatly reduced some of the stresses and strains of living with serious health conditions.(type 1 diabetes and epilepsy)Thank you Coombe Hill Pharmacy, and long may you continue!

I did not visit but I did come by here a few years ago. I was about 14 and a teenager came up to me offering me money to go in to buy something. I asked why cant you he said "Because I already bought it and I cant buy it again with the same day" Still puzzled I said why cant your mum, he said "It is for her as she cant walk" Or something. I said find someone else, and I walked off. I feel to make sure this dosent happen again try to avoid young pupils, or have some securty cameras set-up outside to try to prevent this. Very odd unsure if you can do anything to prevent stuff like this.
