This store needs to change their staff. Very bad attitude. I went there 30 mins prior to closing and the young boy didn?t even show any interest in my enquiry. He went to check stock and came out chatting on his phone and said he didn?t have stock. I find it hard to believe that he even checked. The person was there just to finish his shift and probably go out. Clarks needs to keep a good check on your staff and the level of service provided. Very bad experience

Went into Kingston Clark?s to exchange some boots that were too big that I bought online. The staff were excellent and so helpful even though they were really busy - 23 Dec. Special thanks to Molly Store Manager and Simi our assistant. We so appreciated your help!

Good selection for kids shoes with a whole upstairs floor just for children. Also, customer service from the manager was excellent when we once had a problem with a pair of shoes we bought for our daughter.

Terrible service in the children's department!I needed a second shoe for a teenage child to buy right away, I waited more then hour for other people to buy shoes. When it was my turn I was told that there was no size. Why didn?t the staff check right away? It's stupid to serve customers using coupons, it's better to hire more staff.I don't recommend it!!

I came today to collect my son's 2 pair of shoes I have ordered online.The service I got was absolutely awful, I guess there are on the commission so they just don't care.First they couldn't find my order , then they brought one box then second woman as the 1 one couldn't be bothered anymore brought box , but surly if I ordered them online they would be in the bag? Not happy

I had the most wonderful experience at Clark in Kingston, largely thanks to Rachel's exceptional service. Her kindness and attention to detail truly stood out, making our visit memorable and enjoyable. It's rare to encounter such genuine hospitality, and Rachel's warm demeanor undoubtedly enhanced our dining experience. Her professionalism and dedication deserve high praise, and I can't wait to return to Clark to be served by her again.

Omg? No one work. Young employees make a circle and talk each other and don?t care about the customers. Terrible. They are hanging out there not working. I am wondering if the head manager or the top decision makers know about this. They all have to be trained to serve the customers.

Went to get school shoes for my 2 little boys last Sunday. Daniel assisted us, and he was great! Very helpful and knowledgeable. The shoes are sturdy but flexible, just what we were looking for. My son does not want to take them out ?
