Choice of PS4 games limited. Noticed that both Red Redemption games are cheaper to buy new on Amazon than buy second hand on CeX.

Knowledgeable staff and a great service.I hadn't purchased or sold anything there before, so I became a member, (you have to be a member to sell, not to buy) which was easy and straightforward.They will accept a Debit card for proof of ID, being that, I don't have a driving license or a British passport.

It's good store for purchase techy things. I like online purchases from cex because store has limitations for return.

Great experience, bought a phone turns out it was faulty within 3 months . The staff were fantastic . Checked phone whist I waited and turns out it couldn't be rectified so was offered a new handset of my choice. Then setup with the staff before I went

I wanted a ps5 controller and this was the only place open on Sunday at 10:30am. I asked the staff for one of them and she grabbed it. I asked her if it came with a box or with a wire and she spoke in a very patronising tone, explaining CEX sell second hand goods. I asked if she had a bag and she replied very rudely "well, do you want a bag?". I didn't say anything because I was in a rush and she seemed like she wanted to have an argument.On top of that, the controller's joystick is very worn and difficult to play with. I'm keeping it mainly because I don't want to go back to the shop and deal with the rude staff.I'm not sure if all customers are treated this way but looking at the reviews, it seems common place. Why can't your staff just be polite?

PS4 controller went rogue, but fault was recognised straight away and unit was replaced without a quibble. Impressive service.

Buys and sells games. Varied selection but selling is a bit of a scam. Be sure to only sell useless items you have no use for.
