Fragrance section super stingy - they did not have any samples for Creed and sprayed me with a tiny sample rather than from the tester! That?s outrageous, I?m expecting to shell out £300 for a fragrance without even trying it??? Insanely bad salesmanship.

Good but it lacks maps of where is what, with the stairs all over it becomes annoyingly difficult to find some of the shops!

Loved my whole shopping experience at The Bentall Center Kingston. My kid loved it as well as there were shops like Smiggle, WH Smith, Waterstones, Entertainer, Ice Cream shops, Claires, character.com

I used to go there a lot as it's close to my uni, however, my recent visit wasn't really pleasant. Some shops are closed or do not do men clothing anymore
