This shop is under new management and it is going great! I went to collect a parcel.The staff were very friendly.Amazing customer service! However, if they had more parcel services it would be more efficient.Overall the shop is excellent .

Says on the door they do mobile barcode shipping for UPS yet they don't have the scanner or printer to do so.

I'm trying to collect parcel for a few days now. It's states wrong opening hours, or it's just someone not there. I'm late to work now, because I came again later, but still didn't get my parcel, as lady there said she can't sort the alarm. After the alarm went off she told me its too many boxes and stuff on the floor, she can't reach parcels. I have others commitments and can't go to that shop everyday. Used to be a good shop, but now with staff change complete mess.

Please AVOID! The Store Owner is RUDE, ILL MANNERED, ABRUPT, IMPOLITE, HOSTILE, AND BAD TEMPERED (Read previous reviews left by others regarding the Store Owners Bad Behaviour in short changing customers and bad products). I would advise potential customers to AVOID visiting this store and shop in the Little Waitrose located in the petrol station round the corner or to walk five minutes down the road to Asda as they have a wider range of items.This store does not practice Social Distancing thinks nothing more than profit first!

Went to drop my UPS parcel on a Saturday and they wouldn't take it because UPS doesn't collect them until Monday. Nonsense .
