I have to give credit when credit is due, upon going to Argos this evening to buy a kettle, I was greeted by this young lady , only had a quick glimpse of her name badge but I think her name was Sophie, she was so helpful and so polite it actually took me back, and to here how she was engaging with other customers to it's something that needs to be commended. I often go in to stores and I'm confronted with miserable people that don't want to be there ,so to have this response from this lovely lady was uplifting, and it's staff like this that you need to we reward Argos. So even though I didn't buy a kettle in the end, her very warming polite service has got you five stars.

Customer service outstanding. Manager Sophy was friendly and upbeat and absolutely amazing helping me after I mistakenly bought the wrong item. So refreshing.

Ordered a toilet seat online from Argos website, collected it at Argos in Kingston upon Thames, when i arrived home and had a good look at the product, the box was taped, which is not a good sign, it shows the box has been opened before. So when I unboxed it, I saw a scratch on the seat.This is not the first time am receiving damaged products from Argos, it?s really annoying. Sort it out Argos

I went in on Sunday and I was looking for a hoover, I was speaking to this one girl named Christivie. She was amazing and she was super helpful with my situation. I would recommend coming here the customer service has improved.

The only reason Argos still exists is to promote Amazon as most other non essential shops are closed. Today I have collected 2 desk lamps for my boys to make their online schooling more comfortable in this gloomy winter season. Unfortunately, items sold by Argos are incomplete - you can't use them straight away. Now I need to wait another few days until I get the bulbs delivered by Amazon. Should have gone to Amazon first.

Lovely little store, my local pick up point for ebay. Always picked up from here since it opened. I order and sell on Ebay a lot and i find this the best pick up point with fast delivery and parcel pickups in a matter of minutes.Staff are very pleasant and friendly too, I had a query about my parcel being past its delivery date and went in to speak to them about it, Carla was really helpful and friendly and called ebay on my behalf and helped me sort it out.Great store highly recommend as service is second to none. Thank you carla.

Really poor customer service from Carla at Argos today who pretended to be the store manager and tried to get me to pay over £100 more for a fridge freezer I had originally ordered through Argos. She wouldnâ??t honour the original price I paid and was unhelpful, obstructive and rude. Her way of helping was to threaten to call security on me and my 2 small children. Thankfully I went to a competitor who have ordered me the same item, honoured the original price and are delivering in 2 days, so Carla please take that as a training opportunity on how a solution focussed approach works better. If this is the issues they have on trying to place an order I canâ??t imagine how the after sales service must be! Lucky escape for me!
