I had a sickening experience at this store. All Saints should be ashamed to have managers like Trish representing its name. I was a customer for many years, but was treated in a humiliating way for 2 days at the same store in Bentalls. I will also file a complain to consumer ombudsman and to All Saints head office. People like these should never work in customer service.

Went in to exchange a slightly ?snug? birthday present and the team were all over it. Despite not having a receipt at hand, they were hugely patient and helpful and went out of their way to find something that worked.Cynthia, Aaron and Kennedy worked really well as a team.Would recommend a visit, even if it?s just for good customer service.

Lovely upmarket clothing store located in Kingston Upon Thames. Wide variety of quality garment to pick from. Customer service is friendly, professional and attentive, I enjoyed the shopping experience. I was gifted a beautiful jacket from here by my sister for Christmas.
