I know it's a lot of work but clothes could be better organized. We miss time moving them side to side. I'm sure they would sell more if it were easier to find what one is looking for.

During a visit to Tik Mix clothing store, the customer service was disappointingly lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, providing minimal assistance when asked about product details or sizing. Additionally, the checkout process was slow, and there was a general lack of courtesy from the employees. Overall, it left a negative impression on the shopping experience????????????????

I?ve just completed a formal complaint about this branch, it?s been dysfunctional for a long time but today I?ve seen an evidence of why it?s the worst branch of this line.There is a permanent 20 min + waiting line in that store, at any time, while you see tons of staff gathering around, laughing and pretending doing something while doing very little.However, just now I?ve witnessed their main manager, a white male in his 50s (race an gender are irrelevant and are only used to narrow down the description)- hearing me very politely asking the staff to do something about the queue while they stand together to laugh and to pretend to move a bunch of hangers, and the general manager ordered their workers ?do not indulge!? In a conversation with me. It was shocking. A long line of people trying to get home to their duties, a bunch of carefree lazy staff joking around and their manager encouraging them to make no changes. Shame on you. I?ll make sure to escalate this complaint to your head office sir

My favourite shop in the world but the long queues to pay, are so infuriating. If ALL tills were in operation when the queue is excessively long it would go down very quickly. I don't know why the management think it's ok for people who shop there, to have to wait 15 minutes. ????Ps. I always shout, LOUDLY from the queue "CAN YOU OPEN MORE TILLS PLEASE!" They usually respond. If not, I shout again. Do the same. Find your voice. Always say please? It's your money and your time!
