I arrived at your local store in Kilburn and l met Roxhensa. She is very helpful, she resolved my problem. She is very patient , hard working and very good for the company. I was not happy when I came in the store, but her service made me feel good and happy. She is very knowledgeable and she has a good personality.Three has to value her because she is lovely .

I was a loyal customer with three mobiles for a long time, and I had a terrible experience with the network working with my mobile. However, I visited the Kilburn store today, and a young girl in customer service, whose name is Roxhensa, provided professional customer service to resolve the problem by advising and replacing the sim card with a new one, as well as the discount for six months at half price with my contract.Thank you so much! Keep it up!

They think the residents of Kilburn who visit the store doesn't know their rights, quick to sell you something then even quicker to tell you they can't help and to go to three customer support when there is a problem. Shameful service from the staff at Kilburn Three, even more shameful they can get away with treating customers like this. In the end three customer support did fix my issue, and they were surprised the store did not do it.

Been a Three customer for decades and was on the verge of leaving because of recent terrible experience with customer services on phone and in person - so much so I started a formal complaint - when simply trying to add an additional SIM and number to my account for a family member. But! Today I was helped by the superb and excellent Roxhensa who couldn't have been more helpful, understood my concerns and am staying a Three customer and have purchased the new plan SIM too! If you're reading this Three you need to give this lady a promotion and a raise ASAP, she's a star!

Rude staff, I should have looked at the reviews before going there as previous customers speak of the same staff who were rude to me just today (I know because of the names). Showing that nothing has changed even with so many people complaining.I thought the girl was going to hit me, and I just asked them a simple question. You should relax girl, take it easy ??

I went it the other day to buy an iPhone 14 pro max, there was nice tall gentleman called sharif, he served me, he was really helpful, polite and he was really good. I recommend this store if you looking to get a new phone

Shocking experience, never had such bad attitude when taking out a phone contract IN MY LIFE. I needed the phone today so I cancelled my online order and came in store, Samir had the worst attitude, looked like I was inconveniencing him by being a customer. Due to an error in their system Samir said that Id have to pay an extra £2 a month for my 24 month contract, which would add up to £48 for an error on their end, when I called him up on this he replied ?well you can just order it online and wait 3-5 days?, knowing I can?t do that. He was on the phone to customer service for around 20 minutes moaning and rolling his eyes when he told me that I can only get the contract if I pay a £500 deposit for 6 months, FOR THE SAME CONTRACT I GOT APPROVED FOR ONLINE. At this point I walked out of the store and went to the O2 down the road, had 10/10 service there and got more benefits for a lower price. To give credit where it?s due, Anne was amazing, only employee with any customer service skills. And the plus size Asian girl had a shocking attitude aswell. I see other reviews with similar experiences to mine, I?d recommend that 3 close this store down or fire everyone except Ann because they?re the only reason I didn?t take out a contract with you guys, can you imagine how many other potential customers they?re losing you?

Horrible customer service from Samir was extremely rude. He did not want to help and was just sitting there laughing with his friend/coworker Sherif when I mentioned to him that there is no need to be rude. Very unprofessional and a guy like him should not be working there. I advise he should be looked on and discontinued from his job.

Good evening\\nI have no words for Kilburn Three!\\nI?m customer at least 15 years and I never had situation were employees choose who to serve and try tell you to do it yourself. Employees rude and to be honest I don?t know why store is reopened if staff don?t want to serve customers. Also rolling eyes and the voice tone. The girl who managed the store was too aggressive she was trying to tell employee to send me to other branch were I got phone from and the tall boy with curly hair (Sherif) was rolling eyes and was trying to escape his job, clearly hates his job. Really disappointed and also three insurance have overcharged me and the whole insurance company is a scam!\\nIf something happens they will give you refurbished phone in simple words second hand phone and if they don?t have your phone colour they will give you different colour item. Have to wait 48 hours to talk to insurance manager.\\nFix up! Embarrassing at this point!\\nAlso we?re was old Filipino lady or Chinese customer at the same time as me so staff left me on the side and all of them went to have fun and butter one customer. I think underneath is her review. So i think you need to change what you write because its the worst branch I have seen in my life
