Found a hair in sub, phoned and complained but the guy was like yeah complain to uber eats bye. If this is how they respond to a complaint imagine how bad the hygiene really is.

This is the first time I'm posting a negative review on Google. If I can post zero stars out of five, I will post like that. Because that much I'm disappointed with their service. The person who worked yesterday was on a call all the time and he didn't listen me properly. When I asked about redeeming my points, he shaked his head like yes. Even I asked him twice, he didn't say no. When the time of checkout he told I can't use my points. When I asked why? he said the machine is complaint and he said leave the shop. I told him i want to talk to the manager, he said he himself the manager. And he don't want to give me the food as well. Poor customer service.

Terrible service. Firstly, the guy in the counter appeared to be distracted, as he had his earphones plugged in and was engaged in a phone conversation while taking my order. Prior to placing my order, I specifically inquired about the possibility of redeeming my points. I was assured that this could be accommodated. However, upon checking out, I was informed that the redemption machine was not functioning, despite my reminder to utilize my points. He asked me to return the following day to redeem my points! When I requested to speak with the manager, I was informed that he himself was infact the manager, which added on to my disappointment.

Food is good, but customer service is very poor. The guy who worked yesterday was very rude and didn't listen properly. He was on the phone during taking the order and preparing the food, also made mistakes. He doesn't know how to appologise. I couldn't redeem my points as he said their machine was complaint and it was not for the first time.

ordered from uber eats and the food was sad looking. they skimped on the filling and sauces and the vegetables tasted stale. go to the cricklewood subway down the road instead :(

The food was fine but the customer service on the other hand was actually the worse service I?ve ever had . The staff were rude and simply just couldn?t be bothered doing their job properly they kept rolling there eyes whenever we?d ask for something and they were trying to rush us, I work in customer service so I know what good service is and that was far from it. .

No one on this shop, need a bell to call the staff and worse looking food ive ever seen on a subway, you cant even build your sandwish, old bread 2 types only, avoid this
