Absolutely amazing staff. I?m there every morning like clockwork, my order is very particular and almost every staff member knows exactly how to make it. I?d rather order from this branch than the one closer to my work simply because of how nice the staff there are. Particularly Eddie, Omar, and there?s a couple of others guys I just can?t remember their names. 10/10 best branch in London

I would like to give a special shout out to Eddie, an incredible barista here. Every time I come to have my iced matcha, I never fail to see Eddie?s lively and joyful energy towards all customers. Whether your a regular or not, Eddie always goes above and beyond what customer service requires to build a genuine connection with customers. Definitely makes the experience 10/10

Had an amazing experience here.
The staff are extremely attentive and kind.
I just had a blood test and was feeling faint but Eddy and Suvan (sorry if I misspelled your names) made sure I was looked after and ensured I sit down and take it easy.
They were also so nice and chatty to everyone else around me - really good vibes

Spent £9, walked out without my order as the state of the toilets were disgusting.
No disabled toilets and the only remaining one had 3 pubic hairs on the rim, skid marks and the toilet wouldn't flush when I attempted to clean it before I gave up. The floor was also filthy and wet. I am disabled with a young baby in a pram and I refused to use the facilities as it would mean my baby also being subjected to the filthy toilet. The worker said they had not been cleaned that day (it was 9am) but yesterday. I was then subjected to a rant by another customer who told me that the workers don't get paid enough to clean the toilets and listen to me, sorry, what?! Part of their job is to clean the toilets and the cafe and listen to paying customers - the staff allowed this man to aggressively berate me. I will not be returning to somewhere that serves food and has appalling hygiene.

A dingleberry barista told me that they were closing at 20:00, as I tried to order a white americano exactly at 18:14.
This is how you lose customers. I had carried a coffee table a long way and was just tired. I was just going to drink my coffee and rest for maybe a max half an hour.
Maybe let?s support independent coffee shops more.

Average quality and very expensive products

Starbucks: The only option open on Christmas Day, which makes it a default choice in the absence of alternatives. However, used to be a major customer, until they reformulated their syrups. I was struck by how much the quality of their pastries has declined. Perhaps this is a change over the past 5-10 years, as I remember enjoying a decent croissant years ago (maybe 15) or while in starbucks abroad. That said, it?s worth pointing out the current poor standard as you never know someone might review. I?m also not a fan of the seating arrangement in Queens Park Statbucks it feels uninviting. Staff in this one are always nice though.
