Just tried to enter the shop at 18:37, it was locked without any note on the door. The shop assistant came out and said they can?t serve customers as they have ?stuff on the floor? and they need to clean up the shop and don?t want to do it after 19:00 (shop closing time), so they can?t let us in. Lots of unhappy customers left behind the locked door not being let in, so lots of potential income loss for the shop.

**Review for Sports Direct Kilburn High Road**
I visited Sports Direct on Kilburn High Road today with the intention of purchasing an Under Armour product. As I was browsing through the under-knee garments, I found myself a bit confused about the sizing. I approached a manager for assistance, hoping to get clarity on the fit.
Unfortunately, my experience took a turn for the worse as the manager seemed quite rude and obnoxious. As an experienced sales assistant, I expected a higher level of customer service. When I inquired about the size he replied they have variations, I then asked him to expand he appeared frustrated and was unwilling to provide the detailed information I was looking for. Our exchange left me feeling disappointed, especially since I was genuinely seeking help.
To top it off, after expressing my dissatisfaction, I wished him a nice day, but he didn?t even acknowledge my comment. This experience has left a sour taste, and I regret to say that this will be my last visit to Sports Direct on Kilburn High Road.

I usually use this store quite often for my sports gear, but bought one pair of shoes that a I liked got home to find out that is totally different shoes in the box brought the shoes back to store they ended up not having the one I was looking in the first place, I then asked for a refund and staff told me there is no refunds given only store credit and that's the only option surely that's not right, if you are buying anything at this store make is the right item and don't get caught out.

Total bad experience I want ghive them 0 I ask size 6 of 3 different shoes ? I waited 35 minute to have size 7 size 8 and size 8.5 ? and I go to the till the ask for support the shop was not busy at all but all the employees was not on the floor only was was on the door but was too busy on watch video on the phone ?. If want buy buy on the online I only waste my time here
