Terrible. Had an appointment on 22/12/23 and was waiting for over 45 minutes. Ended up leaving as it was soo close to christmas.Only just got my prescription sorted 5/3/2024....Was supposed to get a free trial for contact lenses, never happened......Really bad service, not even sure my glasses are the correct prescription?Stay away, terrible customer service, in fact overall a terribly run shop/company.Will not be using specavers again, and now left with £370 worth of glasses that im not even sure are correct...

On my visit to collect my glasses, the staff was not very helpful. Next year, I will be visiting another optician since I paid a lot of money and expect a much better experience.

The complete service from the front counter to the test, then to the optometrist and to the frame fitting has been fantastic. All of the staff were engaging and happy, even during the busy times. I have now sent my daughter and wife in to be fitted.

The worst opticians I ever been. My mum had an appointment booked which we arrived 10 minutes late and they didn?t allow us to take it, even tho they make you wait even longer. 2 days after, another appointment, the exact same woman called ARUNA, didn?t allow my mum to take the appointment because we couldn?t proof she receives benefits, even though she has done her annual check up with them for the last years. Additionally, ARUNA was being rude at all times.

I was anxious about having my eyes tested for the first time since I was a child, but I ended up really enjoying my visit! Parus welcomed me kindly and completed my eye scans. Dominik showed me the results and was patient with my questions; he answered them with clear detail and made sure I was comfortable and understood the information.Then, I had the pleasure of meeting Dani, who gave me advice on the lenses by demonstrating the difference that the anti-glare feature has, and supported me through my frame selection and payment.Every staff member was warm and professional and so I must give them 5*s. I never thought it was possible to enjoy a visit to the opticians, but now I have found a service that I am confident in, I won't be looking back!

I was a bit nervous about having my eyes tested too, I haven't had an eye test done since I was a child in school. But I have to say the staff at Specsavers Kilburn made me feel completely at ease and answered all my questions without hesitation, well done team and keep up the good work.

Poor customer service. Wrong measurements taken for my glasses, had to keep going back so they can adjust them. I called up numerous times to order my second pair, 3weeks on nothing. When I enquired about this they said my glasses have been discontinued. I asked why was I not informed, they said they were calling me since 31st Jan. When I asked them to confirm my number it was another customers contact details. Overall not a good experience, I won't be using their services again.

I never had problems with them, did my glasses and eye tests without any issues.Today however I had a urgent visit since my contact lenses broke and I needed to know if the broken part was still in my eye.After paying £25 and hearing that the contact lenses was NOT in my eye I went back home. After some hours I was keeping feeling something in my eye, so I went to check again and guess what, it was there.I removed it and now I feel much more comfortable.The question is: how is it possible that I could see it, and a professional optician with a optician machine couldn?t?This could have easily led to an infection, if I hadn?t check again.

If I could give 0 as rating I would. Anyone with poor eyesight knows how vulnerable a person can feel about their eyes. I found the first lady to be very patient but the woman who did my eye test was abrupt, rude and showed no patience. I will not be returning to Specsavers and I hope others will be more vocal than I when dealing with such a rude person and feeling so vulnerable.
