Phones never answered calling from 1 week and not one is picking up the phone. What a bad service! If you want to ask a question you need to travel to the location itself.

I keep getting constant emails for my son to have an eye test. He only had an eye test on the 8th of October 2023 11am already I don?t understand why he is being constantly invited to have his eyes checked. It?s only been eight weeks something don?t add up here.

I did my test on 20th of Oct, which was pretty stressful considering how busy the store gets. I decided to get my glasses made at a later date from the Swiss Cottage branch with the same prescription provided by Dr Sheena Patel at Specsavers Kilburn.After spending nearly £170 on a pair - I received my designer glasses which were absolutely awful, I struggled with the vision and thought maybe I needed to get to used to them. But, unfortunately I found myself back at Swiss Cottage Specsavers complaining about my pair.Staff at Swiss Cottage happily did another test and to our surprise the eye test prescription that was done at Kilburn was completely off.I would definitely avoid going to Specsavers Kilburn. I personally feel cheated for receiving a bad service and experience for what I paid for.

This is probably the worst experience I?ve had in my life being a shortsighted person. I go in to do my eye test and they tell me that my eyesight improved! Ok? two weeks of wait later to update lenses in my glasses, I pick them up and I cannot see a thing!I have to go back for another eye test and turns out my eyesight got worse ??What a waste of my time and energy? another week of wait to redo my glasses to basically my prescription that I?ve had for years. Unprofessional, lethargic and lacking passion for their job and care for the results- that?s how I would describe people who work there.Shouldn?t have gone to Specsavers

I am a diabetic patient, The Kilburn Branch manager, Lutfya, was quite rude and unprofessional. She wouldn't let me select the frame I liked, every thing was challenging with her, I will never come back .

I had originally booked an eye test...Glad I cancelled after speaking to them!Seem very unprofessional and the reviews are awful.Best to stick to a local more independent optician who welcome you with the basic more friendlier customer service.

I have been a customer of Specsavers for many years. This will be the last time. Had an eye test - showed a 0.5 decrease in my left eye. Immediately suggested for a whole new pair of glasses once I had been ushered back out onto the sales floor. Ideally I would have not wanted to make any changes, but I asked for a lens change instead (which I knew about only because I had researched prior to appointment).Specsavers in the recent years have put a strong emphasis on a bullying sales tactic. Perhaps a drive to create better profits. But the pressure to spend a substantial amount of money every time I step into one of your stores is the straw which breaks the camel's back. Eye test was acceptable and professional, but the push to get a sale out of every customer leaves a taste of disgust. Customer service regarding pick up of my glasses was atrocious- no set time given, rude and dismissive handling on the day. I arrived 10 minutes before closing- the door was locked and personnel inside the store refused to open the door despite seeing me standing outside (other customers were still being served inside). It seems like once money has passed hands, aftercare doesn't matter. This isn't the first time, nor the first store. But it will be the last I'm afraid.

The staff I dealt with was terrible. The manager included. Gave me wrong information and when proven wrong still too proud to admit it. Wasted my time. I'm not surprised to see all the bad reviews. I decided to try the branch in Finchley road. Really not too far from the other store and what a difference. If you can go there you'll be treated 10x better.

Came on Saturday 30.09. Store was completely full of people. Staff were polite and friendly. The young guy who took photos of my eyes, and the optician who did the eye test were both super knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Was incredibly satisfied with such a great service, especially considering the team there were so busy. Sorry I didn?t get their names.

Very impressed with the service I received on my visits on 27 Sept and 11 October - especially given that the branch was extremely busy. All the staff were welcoming, professional, and informative (especially optician Sheena and Dani who helped with my frame selection). I've already recommended this Specsavers branch to others. Very happy with my new specs.

Zero star , actually let?s not talk about star this place don?t deserve anything.No wonder they have so many negative reviews I am with all of them who experienced their Ruthless service. People pay for for glasses and eye test but these scumbags , make people suffer!Terrible staff these people work in this store have no customer service they rush with everyone when it comes to ordering glasses they don?t explain properly the options it is lack of their training I guess they are not much customer focused . I would not recommend these people . Go boots they are more better customer service wise, might pay little extra but service is good . Avoid these place but if you want to be treated like a number in and out then yes you can go and waste your money there!Don?t bother sending me link to put my complaint which doesn?t even work . You people are absolutely awful , you have no shame on running an opticians like a casino! Even people who work in McDonald?s staff go through basic customer service , your staff have No experience and are very rude .I will make a formal complaint to the Ombudsman?s with all evidence I have and will make sure they visit your unprofessional store.

I've been coming here for just over 3 years. Just had my yearly eye test. Very friendly staff and a great experience as always.
